Your cholesterol is fine - anything under 200 plus/minus a few to account for measuring errors. HDL: anything above 60 is good. LDL: that one is pretty high, but not too uncommon for smokers. I don’t think it’s anything to cause immediate concern. You could have homocysteine (HCY) checked out, if it’s elevated the risk for arterial disease is elevated as well. But the problem is that most people have high cholesterol or LDL levels before they get high HCY, and even then some people keep those HCY values at normal. When it’s high, it’s a very good predictor to see if therapy or lifestyle changes work. If it’s normal, then it’s useless to check it on a regular basis.

Also: stopping to smoke is always good ;) I am not going to bore you to death with the reasons, you know them all by now. It also works wonders for blood blow, not exactly unimportant when we talk about EQ! It’s a tough choice, but almost all people I know that did it, tell me how rewarding it is!

Fuuuuuuuuuck! I have to quit smoking. I have to. I am so fucking hot-tempered, that I feel if I quit I’ll be starting grabbing people by the throat. Plus I always have so much fucking energy.

I am a gym rat. 4 times a week. Nope. I walk on a daily basis to work and back home 6 km total. I could fuck two times and after that I have even more energy. What the fuck is wrong with me? If I don’t exercise one day, one fucking day, I can’t sleep at night.

Smoking seems to cool me down a little. Alcohol also does a good job. Heart rate is about 80 bpm calm. Blood pressure 140/70 calm.I checked everything.And I mean everything. Heart, thyroid, hormones, blood pressyre testing all normal, pretty much an athlete’s results, words of my doctors.

Suggested treatment by the docs? Calm down. I am calm you morrons! Psychiatrist. Nothing wrong. He did prescript me XANAX but what the fuck? I ain’t taking this shit.

I prefer smoking and having a glass of wine or two daily. Works the same.

Nothing is off topic when discussing lifestyle! I had no idea you are this active, so I apologize if what I said came across wrong.

If you are full of energy, taking xanax or seeing a psychiatrist is useless, especially if you feel calm yourself. The best thing to do is to direct that energy somewhere and you already do that. A lot of people in your situation have been helped by yoga or something comparable that focuses on breathing and guiding energy somewhere. Basically something that allows you to “cool down” for maybe 15 minutes per day.

And keep up the wine, it’s actually good for you! ;)

Sup guys! Little tuesday morning update :)

Had given myself a week off to work on a new bathroom: it’s almost finished and I can finally shower normally again! It did have the nasty effect that I couldn’t work out, go running, or jelq. Damn! All the more reason to get started properly now, and let nothing get in my way.

This morning - first session (in that new shower, hmmm). Read something about Horse 440’s mixed with Sadsak Head exercise mod in this thread here, incorporated those at the end of the PE session. I did 4 of them, just to be safe, with a 10 second hold. Holy Mozes, the name of those things definitely sucks (why not call them Eddies or something?) but they work. You actually see a lot of expansion and I’m curious to see what results they give. I plan on holding them for 20 or 30 seconds and do them after every 50 jelqs. And then measure the results next weekend!

On a related note, does anyone have a good idea what time is the best to measure? I have morning wood quite often, but I usually measure in the evening, at 100% erection. Thoughts?

Oh man, have I had a busy few months. I have a girlfriend now! She’s wonderful, she’s amazing, and she’s even beautiful :) I started a new internship (the last one before I graduate) after a long period of waiting and I’ve rebooted my social life. Busy busy busy! The one thing that is unforgivable of course is that I haven’t checked in here for THIS long! So I apologize, and will become active once more.

One thing I have done faithfully is my homework (my jelqs) and I have seen some great improvements!

So, some PE-related stuff. All this silence here doesn´t mean I´ve been sitting still.

Firstly I found out that I’ve been measuring wrong: I measured BPEL while sitting down, leaning back, and that gave me measurements that were always 2-3 mm or so higher than standing up. Very flattering, but also very stupid. That earlier measurement of 18.7 cm? That was 18.5. Girth didn’t change that way. Gains have been steady, so I am bigger now than last time.

I tried to keep a steady rhythm and put as much and as consequent PE work in as possible: there was only one week where I didn’t jelq at all. It’s still the same 150 to 200-jelq routine with some horse 440’s mixed in. If the routine gives good results (with only sporadic red spots) I will not change it.

Second important thing: I have discovered olive oil. It’s amazing stuff to use as lube during jelqing. It’s dirt cheap, a small bottle lasts months, it feels good on the skin, and it doesn’t dehydrate the skin at all. You can even use it pre-showering and then shower it off. Beautiful!

Third, I´ve been doing a lot of reading up on supplements and started doing something very simple: I’m taking zinc. It does wonders for sperm quality and it could promote both the amount you cum and the amount of testosterone you make, and it should have an effect on wound healing. On the first: yes, my loads are slightly bigger and thicker than before, and no-one ever complained on that. What I didn’t expect is the dreaming. Someone said that his dreams were a lot more realistic than before, longer than before, and sometimes he had lucid dreams…. I thought it was bullshit but I dream almost every night now, and they are mostly awesome (long time no see, sexual dreams!). I could recommend zinc to every guy out there simply for the dreaming! For reference, I take 20mg per day.

Lastly, and I have to mention it again (and I might do that some more): I have a relationship! After a terrible break up with my ex I didn’t feel like having another relationship for a loooong time, but sometimes fate just throws you a cookie. She is simply wonderful, a full-blown nerd like me, and in a wonderful change of pace I don’t need to make her laugh all the time, she does it to me! It’s awesome. If I have one point to complain it’s that she was sexually very inexperienced and I really need to make her enjoy sex more. Having an orgasm is more difficult for women than for men, and I really need to make her feel sexy and comfortable to make it happen. In that respect I was definitely spoiled by my ex, she came easily and often. Gonna take time and effort, but she just deserves a great sex life, and I plan to deliver!

I am pleased with my results now: last week I measured 18.7 cm length (7.4 inch) and 13.6 cm girth (5.4 inch). I think she likes it as well!

I just started taking zinc last week, ( L-arginine and Lecithin as well). Only low amounts compared to some.. Don´t want to over do. Hopefully I´ll get the dreamy effect as well.

I understand that amphetamine salts used to treat ADHD and ADD acts as a vasoconstrictor , resulting in a smaller flaccid throughout the day while it metabolizes in your body. But, why is it the L-Arginine which results in vasodilation does not make my flaccid any bigger? But if I smoke a bowl of marijuana my flaccid is incredible. Knowledge is power and since you are almost done with med school and I have not even started college yet, I figured I should capitalize on this and try to gain any knowledge you throw my way.

By amphetamine salts I think you mean a derivative of Adderall right? It’s very popular across the pond, but here in Europe and especially Holland it’s rare. We usually use ritalin for ADHD and the like. That said, it is a mild vasoconstrictor, as are all medications used for ADHD. Personally, I don’t believe in ADHD: I believe in the simple fact that people have very different personalities and that if you don’t conform well in school, you are automatically different and therefore must be sick, and get medication. Sorry, but all you probably need is finding something that really interests you and bite into it. Hard. Trust me, you’ll find it. Medicine is difficult enough to direct all your attention to it, and I wish you the best of luck! And if you don’t work out yet, you should. It clears your mind and all that energy you have can be directed to getting a great body.

Coming back to flaccid size, however, is dependent on basically everything in your environment. When it’s hot outside, when you are slightly turned on, when you just sat on a bike, sometimes even when Venus has a certain position towards the moon, or if the wind blows from a particular part of the west, those all impact flaccid size. L-arginine is a vasodilator in theory, but the evidence is far from conclusive. It does seem to help, and I am currently taking it in a tablet with orthinine and lysine, but that is for working out.

Furthermore, marijuana is not specifically a vasodilator but more of a (muscle) relaxant. The relaxed state you enter, combined with a comfortable, warm environment AND the pleasure and arousal centres in your brain that work overtime while using it, all work together to give you a much bigger flaccid. I know that I went to the sauna while high a couple of times (great fun, trust me, just stay well hydrated) and certainly evoked some staring from the fact that something huge was hanging there. The penis simply engorges without the muscle tension you need to get a hard-on.

With your size I would be glad - you are pretty big already. Flaccid size isn’t all that important unless you plan to become a nudist.

Lastly, marijuana is very very bad for you, where you live probably illegal and you are a naughty person, and should stop immediately ;)

Besides, your gains look absolutely stunning in that time, congratulation.
I’m extremely skeptical by nature myself and I honestly have to say that there is still a little doubt about the possible side effects from too hard jelqing and stretching. Only talking about the most established and “safest” methods like conservative jelqing, stretching, do you see any chance in this leading to a permanent erectile dysfunction in an otherwise healthy male ?
I know you’re not an urologist (yet), but at least you have certainly a lot more knowledge in this field than I do.

I stumbled upon it yesterday. To me, his theory really made sense. The techniques described are very safe and very easy to follow. The method really opened up my eyes when it comes to stretches. It would explain why I have now gained one centimeter from start, mainly by “piss pulls”.
