First a quick story then on to why I am here.

I masturbated since I was 11-12 and up until roughly 48 days ago I am rebooting ( so my penis reacts to women and my mind is not stuck in pixel world) I am disgusted with my doings and I believe it has made me a loner. Yesterday I turned 18 and my one year goal as of now is to be highly confident in myself (not an arrogant douche). I was raised well and I do have manners. Poor white trash in the beginning mind you.

When rebooting it means to leave as much stimulation out of your life as possible. Including excersises. I am a MASTERbature no more, yet when it comes to PE I have much control. If I have an erotic mind I do not PE. I cannot afford to relapse. I.e. Orgasm. I am improving my overall well being with diet, excersise, PE, learning.
So now you know my goals and a prior delima I am here to learn starting at roughly 6 1/8bpel @ roughly 4 1/2 girth. I have been conditioning with light jelq, stretch, and rotating stretchs for a week with a day rest in between. Maybe a bit more than a week.
I always look forwards when it’s time and I am in control at all times.

With that in mind ( I have browsed here an researched) but is anyone willing to give me a routine to follow? 300-400 jelqs would be no problem (I use coco butter) in addition with just stretchs for the first two months or so, increasing intensity until progress slows? I have learned always keep up the workout with intensity and strength, but from a 6incher I’d love some insight.

I do not check my full erection length, I feel it doesn’t help me on my reboot. I transitioned to 5 minutes of stretching with 2 or 3 light jelqs in between. I want to keep the intensity down and keep moving up when I feel it is needed. Instead of manual stretches I take my boxers and use my bed post as an anchor, the other side a good bit below my gland so it is evenly distributed and I lean back till I feel it. I work from 10 seconds to 15 then the remainder of the 5 minutes is 30 seconds.

I do not want to get on the fast track but I would appreciate any input from you guys.

Finally found the linear routine and the newb guide! But I do have a question, I do get above 80% erections but I massage my sack and it goes away. I want to continue but one to ten how much more effort will I have to put in? Whatever the answer I am all in, thanks everyone!

If you want length streching is more effective then jelq.

My rutine is:
5 min warm up
15 min strech 30 s each with 20 s pause
100 jelqs 3 sec each after 1month you can increase the number of jelqs like 150 and 3rd month 175…

Just take your time with your routine do the Newbie routine or Linear Newbie routine for 3 months, don’t increase !
First months are decisive because your penis is not conditionned and you don’t want to make tissue more hard, you want to grow the more possible.

Personally, I advise you to do the Linear Newbie routine is a great routine because it’s safer for Newbie. After go to the normal Newbie routine.
Take your time with ALL your jelq, feel the Jelq.

Thanks for the replies fellas! Linear says ” 20 jelqs and warming before and after” I’ve been doing exactly that. And I shrink after so I’ve read it is feeling the work. I learned to feel it, and my mind is clear and in the moment. Fantasizing is terrible I believe, also this is how I keep my skin tight when jelqing. I’m cut btw. Index finger and middle two “chop sticks” facing down. In between goes the John, and I push back against the fat pad. Skins good and taught, other hand does the 3-4 jelq. Switch.
Second, 20-25 jelqs first month (2 on 1 off, or 1 on and 1 off)? Second month increase number of jelqs and intensity? Maybe just one or work both ends of the spectrum at a minimum so I still have plenty to work up to? Third comes newb stretching? Appreciate any input thanks fellas. I figured you guys out.. Everyone is different, and I should experiment (2on 1off, 1on 1off) and it is what works best for Me.

2am last night got 80-88% el.
I kegeled while measures were made,
BPEL 6 1/2 on the dot
NBPEL 5 1/2
Mid EG 4 1/2 in the dot

With the Linear you can increase Jelqs by 10 every weeks but you should stop when you reach 50 jelqs.
Juste stay at 50 jelqs it will take like one months or two I think. But do as you say just increase in the next months if it’s fine for you !
You can do the basic stretch (up, down, left right) for 30 seconds each after the second or third week if you want.
Watch your PI for increase routine or decrease :) !

One last before I take your advice. How can you tell if your tissue is hard? Or getting hard. What causes this? I’m positive I am not though just want to know.

Every dick is different. Some men have a jelly like flaccid, some a rubber like flaccid, in my opinion. I fall in to the second one. I believe it’s harder to work with this but it can be done. If your flaccid feels harder than rubber, when you are relaxed, than your tissue is hard. It’s ok. Still workable with a good application of heat.

How do you know if your warm up is good enough. What state of flaccid? I’m at 15mins warm up/down. After warmup it seems right and hard, but a gentle tug and it’s ready to go. Warm down is different/ healing from routine( still linear right at 35 j’s)

I can answer for me. I warm up for 10 minutes. My flaccid radiates heat but shrivels a little. If I fluf it a bit it becomes long and jelly like. Still warm.
