New Year, New Progress

Happy New Year folks! My resolution this year is to focus on my health, all of it, and to keep track of my progress, no matter how minor. I had a report thread last year, but like myself, it fell to the wayside (couldn’t find it). So with this one, I’ll post everyday even if I have nothing to report, consistency is another area to work on. Onward to the stats and routine!

Stats (Measured today, 1/2/2017):
BPEL: 7.1 MSEG: 5.75
No Porn: 0 days (12 hours)
Masturbation: 0 days (12 hours)

Routine (2 days on; 1 day off):
5 min Warm Up
100 Jelqs (overhand grip)
80 Squeeze Jelqs
5 10 sec Kegels
10 5 sec Kegels

Stats are still the same, surprisingly. So along with my goal of losing 30 pounds this year and fixing up other personal habits , my PE goals are:
Monthly Goals:
At least 1 week (7 full days) without porn (not counting erotica, sparingly) or masturbating
Complete at least 20 routines in a month; changing routine when necessary
Record/report a gain, even if its minor

Year Goals:
Complete 9 months worth of routines
At least 5 months (if not consecutive) of no porn
Gain 0.15 inches of MSEG
Get at least a 75% erection without porn, consistently

The major theme for me this year is consistency, for if I’m consistent I can take the over of most, if not all these goals. I look forward to it! :)

I’m about 2 months porn free. I’ve seen incredible EQ compared to without porn. I’m not kidding. Porn can die.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

This post courtesy of my new tablet/computer yay! In addition to my routine, I also did 5 minutes of holds (squeezes, think like clamping but with hands), and some edgeing; though they were done a few hours before my actual routine. The masturbation counter is meant to count full-on orgasms. I really cut it close with the edgeing today, should probably work on them on off days only. Started to get flaccid by the beginning of the kegels, so I believe I’m working it just enough.

No Porn: 1 day (3 hours)
No Masturbation: 1 day (3 hours)

The hard part is going to be off days. If I’m not working, then I really don’t have anything better to do. I’m not going to edge myself, that should keep the urge to release off, hopefully, for a day.

@Thoughtfulgold Here Here! Just have to keep the urge to jack-off away, at least for me, there is a reason why my counters show the same amount of time. :P

The one thing I said I wouldn’t do, and I do it anyway. Hit the point of no return and then tried to stop it mid-way, but the PC muscle said “I can’t hold it anymore man!” Silver lining, I didn’t use porn material, relied on good old’ imagination (I can be pretty imaginative) :) . Though, I was at a half erection seemingly all day, so it was only a matter of time.

Other note, I’m thinking about adding squeezes and more kegels to the routine. Too early right now to be adding stuff, I’ll see about it after 10 routines. I’m going to add a routine counter, because I can get terrible at remembering things.

Hey Panther and welcome back!
I wouldn’t worry about it, holding back on the ejaculations is going to be a temporary measure at best, anyway. In fact if I don’t do so at least once a week I get depressed. Cost me significant points on my thesis grade. Not much in life is ‘all bad’ or ‘all good’. Plus you want to edge, right? You can expect to fall off every now and then.

Completed routine just now, after finishing I tried to keep a greater than 50% erection for about 30 minutes. During that time, I moved about, did some squats. Just wanted to get the blood flowing down there.

Hey CB! Congrats on your progress and thanks for the encouragement! Yeah, but the challenge is going to be how many times can I fall out and get back up. Spoiler alert, not many especially in the beginning. There’s no concrete evidence (as far as I know) that too much masturbation negatively affects PE, but it might as well do.
About to start working again next week. I might need to do routines at an earlier or later time.

Another routine complete, again, kept a half-erection for about a half-hour. Did some squeezes earlier in the day. Also went +1 and +2 on the 10 second and 5 second kegels, respectively (essentially two minutes of kegels). PC muscle got ju~st to the point of fatigue. I should make that a focus down the line, slight increase in intensity on the second “on” day.

Off day today, just completely relaxing this day away. Will probably do some kegels later at night. I looked up Plumped Bends, Inverted V and V-Stretches today, and I know for sure I want to add those to a routine. I’ll add them after this month, which at the 2 on 1 off day pace is about 20 routines. So the plan is to complete this month’s worth of routines, take 3 days of rest, take measurements, and start with a new (or modified) routine.

Decided to rest this day, literally. I was asleep for much of the day, due to some pain in my back. It was bad enough that I couldn’t do regular exercise, never mind PE; couldn’t stand for any decent length of time. Also went and relieved myself, I get the urge about every four days if I don’t, so I decided to sate it today. Hopefully my back can let me comeback tomorrow.

And we’re back! Missed one day due to a bad back, missed yesterday due to my laziness. Again, too early for the laziness. I thought I would get at least 2 weeks before I got lazy, lol. Forced myself to get (it) up this morning and complete a routine. By force, I mean myself, my wood had no issues thankfully. Instead of keeping myself erect for some time, I did a warm-down. I could probably do both, but it already takes 15~20 minutes for me. I get antsy being in one spot for 30 minutes if its not work or playing video games.

I’m 13 months porn free. It gets easier as time goes by to the porn where it doesn’t cross your mind how much time has passed.

So I’ve heard Rahman, good to know. In fact, I can see myself losing count of the days and stop posting it altogether. But will I have the discipline to not go surfing when I’m bored during off days? I’ll keep count until I get to that point; though it has gotten easier already, with me working out (non-PE) and going to work again. Speaking of losing count:

*Short story time: I worked out, mostly with weights, and had a pretty good flaccid/semi going. After I took a shower, I warmed-up and did some squeezes. Few minutes later, I worked up to a raging erection and thought ‘This would be a good time try edging’. First 10 or so minutes, I held off twice and had a little pre flowing. Held off a third time and now I was shooting pre. ‘This is cool! I don’t make pre, let alone shoot it!’, In my excitement I went and held off a fourth time. Immediately after the fourth, it got to be too much (felt like a mini-shock went through me) and I had to come. Come hard. I couldn’t count the number of shots ‘cause I’m normally a dribbler (and had my eyes closed), also got one to the other end of the bathtub when normally its a few inches in front of me.

The best part about this session was that I didn’t wilt immediately after. It dropped to a semi and stayed there; if there was a refractory period, I bypassed it. I could have gotten erect again but decided against it. Would have been a giant mess for sure had I done this after my usual four day limit. I could have left my No Masturbation count alone, but that would be cheating :) .

Hey Panther!

I’ve experienced the exact same thing when starting to edge/balloon. You want to edge, and then some more, and then 5 more minutes, and then oops… You’ll get used to it, and it’s still good practice to fall back from the edge several times, first. Now I know this is likely going to occur around 20 minutes in, so I just edge until that time limit. Twice a week or so I don’t really care and I go over… Sometimes I release right when expected, sometimes it takes me up to an hour, sometimes I decide to call it a day after half an hour. It’s all good as long as you keep up the practice and continue to map out your limits.

Personally I still want to push boundaries so I can control my sexual stamina in a more conscious way.

Going to push those limits CB, I want to be able to do that consistently. Just have to work on disciple; I don’t want every edge session to be a full bore masturbation session, lol. For today, another routine completed. Though, it was difficult to start for any stimulation (at least today) got me a quick erection. Quick and heavy; it would tilt downward a little more (I don’t erect exactly straight out) than usual. So I had to do a little more warm up than usual to at least start at a semi. Then I did twenty more squeeze jelqs, ‘cause I noticed I wasn’t winding down after 70. When I was done, I was sticking to a semi with no extra influence from me. I finished with some extra warm up. Even with the post routine flaccid, veins were noticeable.
It feels like the extra off time done me some good! Though I still believe I should stick to routine.

Another routine completed today. I did half of the squeeze jelqs in a squatting position, and did actual squats while kegeling (squat down, kegel on the way up). I feel that helped somewhat; forcing the body to get more blood flowing to the legs, so some of that had to flow into the penis. Also, never skip leg day, heh heh. Had to do something after missing the chance to get some regular exercise in today. Another off day tomorrow. I was making a little pre by the end of the session, which is nice to see. But, I want to hold off on (quote / unquote) edging until at least the next off day.

In other news, I got a tape measure today. Now measurements should be more accurate, I won’t measure until I get 20 routines in, since I already started. I’ll also probably have to edit the As of (date here) part of my signature with the new measurement, instead of adding to it like I was planning on doing, and then continue from the new “As of (date here)” numbers
