New Year, New Progress

Weekend did not go as planned. Dealt with personal stuff that I’ll file under growing pains.
Anyway, got up this morning and did a routine. Hopefully it won’t take me 20 days for 10 routines.

Off work today, so I slept in. Ate breakfast then did routine. It was a pretty good one, still got issues with stretching though. Probably better off doing v-stretches, but I want to see if I can get some length first. Definitely upping the stretch time on my next 20. The kegels at the end turned into a mini edge session.

Been on edge for an hour and half and I need to release lol.

Missed routine Friday, got lazy, so I did it tonight. It works out ‘cause I work too early in the morning tomorrow. Speaking of working out, today was my strength/resistance day. My routines seem to feel better after a strength training session. I don’t do a whole lot; been starting with low reps for the past month.

It’s been a good first month for me as far as working out, eating right, managing my diabetes. Here’s to the next month! Got to avoid that is Thanksgiving, heh.

I find that understanding your triggers is integral to porn management. My addiction has ebbed and no longer consumes me. But I also understand that drawing inspiration from it has its own uses in PE. Truly, it is a different issue when you know you physically need release.

But the first day is always the hardest day. Keep at it and keep training! I’m doing sporadic chin-ups. Arms are killing me but I feel better about it already!

Completed routine this morning, it was turtle’d last night. Almost sleepwalked through it, think I got up too early.

Thanks for the advice TG! Trying to find the line between inspiration and masterbation. It’s plenty inspiring, if only it wasn’t so arousing. Start keeping stuff in a mind bank that I can draw from, instead of going to an ATM, as it were.

So I took a week off, from everything. I came back to my grind this week and everything felt better, so I guess I’ll take periodic weeks off. Sometimes its just good to relax a little. Also, looking and feeling thicker at times and erection quality is great right now.

Days without Porn: 2 (I managed that whole week though, got to find what compels me and avoid it. Maybe I just do, just as easily I can not…)
