New Year, New Progress

Finished routine just now, before bedtime. Kept getting erect while trying to stretch, hopefully I’ll get some control on that in the future. Positive indicators so far, I’ll stick to this routine for a months worth (22 with 2 on and 1 off, if I recall) and decide if I want to stick with it for another month.

Do something enough times and it becomes routine, like me and doing my routine before bed. Part of that is because my blood glucose levels be so high after dinner or at night before calming down when I’m about to sleep. Trying to make changes in my eating and exercising habits has got my body confused right now, hopefully I can get an appointment with my doctor sooner than later.

I might drop in my thoughts on the difference between porn pics/flics and erotic literature. Because I think it’s a big one.

With porn images and movies, your brain gets concrete images to connect with the erotic situation. With erotic literature, your brain has to absorb the erotic stimulus and transform it into a inmer visual and interior movie to make it erotic for the brain receptors.

So basically, it’s “buy versus make yourself”. Now one of the big criticisms of porn by psychiology is the overflow of VISUAL stimulation. Therefore, erotic literature (without images) falls into a quite different category.

I’m on a porn detox myself and care a lot about my fight against consuming visual stimulation. But my brain will not stop to produce erotic images (and much more erotic movies) for me and I do not fight them because I consider it natural.

So don’t have too much worries about eventual erotic stories - as long as your brain has to build the images, it’s by far not as addictive as porn images or movies.

Just my 2 cents, but with a humble 4 decades of masturbation experience behind :-)

Took a lot longer to get my routine in tonight (this morning); very persistent (semi-)erection while trying to stretch. Certainly looked thicker too. Can’t tell why; I feel its too early to be noticing effects of my changing habits (exercising, no porn, eating better; and all of these are not super drastic/ complete 180 of myself mind you, building up slowly).

Morning wood persistent enough that I had to take of it and random erections throughout the day; erection quality definitely on the upswing. Also decided to jack myself 3 hours before my routine so I’m not trying to fight erections when stretching. It almost killed my will to work out, and the little friend is way out of it now. Got to find another way next time.

Another long hiatus, here’s the cliff notes version:
Week 1: Sickness, severe sinus issues.
Week 2: Moving out the house to an apartment with my Mom, long story…
Week 3: String of doctor’s appointments about getting more aggressive in controlling my diabetes. Which lead to getting an insulin pump yesterday. And also, getting out of dodge from the tropical storms/hurricanes coming through (live in Georgia, close to Florida). In Virgina with my grandparents today.

Hiatus not over yet, waiting on getting back home and settled, then I have to make sure the insulin pump is set to my preferences (which will take another 2 appointments at least). A lot of waiting, but I’ll live. And to everyone that’s in Florida, Georiga, and the eastern US coastline, stay safe.

The hiatus ends today! Just half of my routine for tonight though, didn’t want to stress out the little friend on the first day. It feels good to get going again. Not going to promise myself anything, but I hope the next time I have to take a hiatus it’ll be because of a (key word) voluntary decon break. And I also hope I won’t have to reset my counters again too soon.

Completed a routine before bed, a little later than I would have ‘cause my blood glucose level was high (206, normal range is 80 - 120). I decided to stretch first then warm-up; still had to fight getting erect but not as much as usual. Also didn’t have to pull as hard, so I’ll start stretches first then warm-up in the future. Another change is taking out V-stretches for now in favor of more regular stretches. I’ll get back to V-stretches when I feel ready to focus primarily on girth; right now its “newbie” stuff (maybe for 2 months, we’ll see).

Two routines last two days, today is rest day. My morning wood got shot down this morning though, glucose level way too high (301) and that was because my insulin pump wasn’t on right last night. Otherwise, EQ is improving. Also been doing some kegels at the end of routines, not much though ‘cause I can already tell the muscle is going to need some work (been awhile since I’ve done some kegels)

Routine Update (‘cause its not exactly the same as when I last left off)
5 - 10 minutes of warm-up
5 minutes of stretching (1 minute each: down, up, left, right, out)
2 minutes of squeezes
5 minutes OR 125 jelqs (I do about that amount in 5 minutes, take the under; also half of them is done at a higher erection than 50%)
3 10-second kegels
This leaves me sore just enough to feel like I’ve done something but not enough to kill myself. I can see myself increasing amount or intensity after a month (20 routines) or so. I’ll see when the bridge comes along.

Routine felt extra good today! I feel its because I’ve did some weights/ worked on muscle today (biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, quads core/abs). Not extensively though, more like a cliff notes workout. I’ve only been doing 30 minutes of brisk walking/ jogging for the past week, and with those I’m moving up to 35 minutes starting Monday. Also going to start getting a plan together as far as weights are concerned. Not looking to get very muscular, so it’s going to be like 70/30 cardio to weights.

Took 2 rest days; long story short: less intense workouts. Super Edit: As in non-PE workouts; I tend to “crash” if go too hard. Still trying to find the limit on exercising.
After routine, I got a full erection (I would like to think) and spent 10 or so minutes marveling at how big and hard I feel.

Its a wonderful feeling.

On today’s routine I had to worry about getting too hard to do jelqs. In the end, I can still get an erection but I can tell its tired. Also, had to take an unwanted off day yesterday. Had to go to work way too early, couldn’t do the usual in the usual time. Though one on day and one off day isn’t too much of a change.

So I had to do 1 on; 2 off days for a bit, my whole body was getting sore. It not used to working out 4-6 days a week. Wasn’t sleeping all that great either. I’m better now and routine was good yesterday. 11 more routines until 22 ( a month ), to which I’ll I take a short break, like 2 weeks and continue with increasing stretching time. Need to ahead and get my length now, maybe after 3 months I’ll start focusing on girth.

So I’m gonna do routine tomorrow afternoon and then in the morning from that point on. My blood glucose levels seem to be more even in the morning. Just a few minutes earlier, it dipped low when I was about to do it. I’m guessing cause I already exercise in the early evening and eat dinner shortly after, not enough time for my body to sort itself out (I’ve only begun putting serious effort in getting in shape for the last month and a half). Will update tomorrow.

I don’t do anything in the morning anyway.
