New Year, New Progress

Off day; did the ‘off day’ routine. A little ‘P.S.’ to myself: I should post more around the forum, just because.
‘P.S.S’: My tablet can take pictures (how could I only notice that today?), so I should post pictures. Quick question to those who see this post; Do I have to make another thread for that, or could I post pictures here and this thread becomes a Progress Report and Pictures thread?

And made it to 20! Now we wait. Three days without any PE or porn and then measurements. Its Saturday over here, so next Wednesday will be measurement day. I even did a few extra jelqs for good luck, lol. Like I noticed previously, my tablet/laptop can take pictures (and I can save them using Google Drive) so I’ll get some pictures and post them on a separate thread. Not guaranteeing measurement pics though…

I suppose not having a ‘significant other’ makes the no porn thing a little more difficult. Its one reason why longest streak currently is 6 days. Another reason is that I’m not distracting myself enough, especially when I’m not working/ having an off day. I mean I work out for 30 minutes to an hour almost everyday (or every other day) but otherwise I’m on my laptop. And I tend to wonder when on my laptop.

I need to get out more. Don’t ‘have to’ be around people necessarily, just need to get out the house every once in awhile. And when I can’t do that, chat with people more. Like you guys reading this! Feel free to PM or reply to this thread (or the picture version I’ll make soon), I’m not picky.

Funnily enough, I’m off from work today, Monday and Tuesday. All this free time, so many chances to slip up! So, I’m going to ramble a bit to keep my mind off it.

While walking (lurking) through threads a few minutes ago, I’ve come across advice along the lines of: ‘listen to your body’ and ‘watch for positive/negative indicators’. On the ‘listen to your body’ aspect, since starting PE I’ve noticed that after 4 days without release it gets tougher to hold it in. I can work with that. As in, on the fourth day of not masturbating I should edge and release, taking special care not to overdo it. If that fourth day is also a routine day, complete the routine first. I plan on trying this when I start PE-ing again. After seeing many opinions here on whether ‘masturbation affects gains’ or not, my mindset on that is “over masturbating is the same as over training”.

…That felt nice, going to have to post a few more rambles until measurement day.

Counter update; 2 days down and got tomorrow left. I’m starting to get that “dead dick” feeling Kavemonster was talking about earlier. I can still get an erection but I have to actively work for it. A fair trade off, and according to testimonies here, it’ll get easier. I hope so; I’m trying very hard not to crack. Once I PE again, I’m sure it will be less nerve wracking.

I officially/technically made it to 3 days as of an hour ago. Nothing stopping me from measuring and getting pics right now… except that I said that I’ll do it Wednesday (tomorrow). Not that I’m expecting any gains or anything; these first 20 was the “Wake Up Routine”, if you will. Also, like I’ve noted before, this measurement is an accuracy check if anything. Still giddy to post the updated stats and pics though! Its funny; I’m not so camera shy, but I hope my dick isn’t.
But all that is for tomorrow.

You know how the internet would say “pics or it didn’t happen”? Well, I got the pics! They’re in my other thread: New Year, New Progress (Now with Pictures!). You can’t miss it (I’d link it, but I forgot how to link. I’ll do so next time)

Also measurement day! Measuring was easier thanks to the measuring tape I found. So, the stats are:
BPEL: 7.25 inches
MEG: 5.6 inches (approx.)
Ease of Erection: 6.5 / 10 *
Hardness: 7 / 10 **

*Getting to a semi was easy, getting the rest of the way there was a little more difficult (remembering the no porn rule). But if I do get there and lose erection a bit, it is easier to get it back. So 5 points for getting to a semi without issue and bonus 1.5 for ease of re-erection. (Yes this means 5 for flaccid to semi and 5 for semi to erect with bonus points when applicable :) )

**At about 75% erect it can point forward on its own. At 80% I believe its as hard as can be without hitting a ‘point of no return’. Even then, I’d say its pretty rock solid. Not “OMG, I can break bricks” hard but hard enough.

I’ll start my next routine (which I’ll outline below) on Sunday. Putting out all the pent-up energy (the first output actually hurt a little) I stored while waiting to measure, and now resting a little bit to recover. I plan on taking routines 20 at a time; after 20, I’ll take 3 days off for rest then decide to keep or change routine. If I remember my math correctly, 20 routines (if 2 on and 1 off or 1 on and 1 off day schedule) for me is a month and some change. Taking things a month at a time is a great pace, I believe.
So, my next 20 routines will be 2 on 1 off consisting of:

First On Day:
5 Minute Warm-up
5 Minute Basic Stretches
150 Jelqs
Kegels

Second On Day:
5 Minute Warm-up
5 Minute V-Stretches
150 Jelqs
5 Minute Warm-down

Off Day:
25 Squeeze-Jelqs
Kegels

The theme for the next 20 is ‘loosen up’. Penis feels tough; it may be tougher than I think. So I got to stretch it loose. Also upgraded the ‘off day squeezes’ to squeeze jelqs, so I don’t get too loose. I’m thinking about getting some more pics for the picture thread, maybe tomorrow. For now though, rest. Not going to bother with the counters until Sunday.

And we start again! Completed a routine about 2 hours ago. On the stretches, I probably should have warmed up the base a little. Caught some pain on the right side when stretching down and to the left (down… and to the left…) like I saw in the videos here. Stretching down/left should affect the right. It wasn’t as serious when stretching down/right. Either my right ligs are weaker than the other areas or I stretch too hard when going down/left. I’m also thinking about skipping the warm-up when it comes to stretching or doing it after, ‘cause I get a semi erection when warming up sometimes and its difficult to get it back down.
For kegels, I alternate between normal and reverse kegels until I do 10 of each.

Completed my ‘Day 2’ routine about an hour ago, going through Progress Report threads got me motivated :) . Need to work on my grip when stretching, probably invest in gloves.
Here’s a crazy idea that I did for warm-up/down: get a cutted open water bottle and fill it with warm water, wrap yourself with a warm/hot towel and then put your wrapped penis in the bottle. I’m not sure how effective this is, but I think its working.

Completed the “Day One” routine today earlier this morning, after having 2 rest days. The second rest day was because I wasn’t feeling so hot. At least my flaccid was hanging a little longer those 2 days.

Figured I’d do a routine (‘Day 1’) before bed, really I was thinking on skipping it. Warmed up for 10 minutes today. EQ is a little shot, probably due to the stretches ‘cause I’m not used to them yet. I might start taking 2 off days to compensate; I’ll think about it after the routine tomorrow. Also tried applying cold water to the balls idea I’ve read about. More like, taking a cold towel and rubbing them. Obviously not expecting an immediate result, so I’ll try doing this for a few days. It did give me a partial erection for some reason, lol.
