New Year, New Progress

@Wookie My longest streak is (barely) a week, with an average of 5 days. Even with the short time, I find it difficult to keep an erection while watching/ tabbing through porn. Sometimes, I just walk away to the bathroom and with just me and my thoughts its easier. Another thing I would do, is find some erotica (fan-made or otherwise) and read until my mind’s eye catches something for the imagination. I don’t count erotica towards my No Porn counter ‘cause, at least for me, I have to put in some work to get my jollies. Porn does the work for you, and I’m trying not be lazy :) . I’ll say you’re not screwed, I’ve heard it just takes awhile for our minds to not be dependent on porn to get off. Invest in a lot of distractions.

Completed a routine after some exercise and a nap. Had a day off from work and would have been lazy had I decided to not be lazy.

@Panther, It fucking sucks right? Hate going soft so fast. I did start to see improvements though, not sure from cutting down on porn or from PE. I find it so much easier now as I am on SSRI’s which have killed my libido and I don’t even think about sex anymore hahah :) Keep posting dude, hopefully you can lead the way for me in how to improve my own EQ. @Wookie Speaking of going soft fast (or getting hard at all)… So, this morning, I had some dysfunctional ejaculation, yeah erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation put together. At least 50/50. That was what it felt like. Of course, I was watching porn. Not even five minutes in, I’m about to come but I’m barely at a semi. So I went and came (didn’t feel good about it), shut my computer off and got ready for work. Scared myself thinking about that (this) morning and did my routine’s worth of kegels at work. I hope this was an isolated incident.

Also @Wookie, for EQ I’d do jelqs and kegels. I’m planning on doing more things for the fun of it, but I’ll always make sure that jelqs and kegels are part of a routine. Probably do more of those two things than anything else.

Other than doing an extra amount of kegels, today was an off day for me. Decided to completely stick to 1 on 1 off days until 20.

Completed a routine just now, or rather 66% of it. I couldn’t get erect enough to do my squeeze-jelqs. I probably shouldn’t have completed a routine at all today, ‘cause I settled for low-erection jelqs (not that there’s anything wrong with that, but can’t build erection quality without some erection) and kegels. I edged a little bit this morning with no problem… maybe this is a sign of over-working. My ‘no masturbation’ counter did get reset twice in 5 days and I edged two days in a row. And the ‘dysfunctional ejaculation’ problem yesterday… So, I’m going to pretend that I don’t have a penis until I can get it under control. Hopefully, it won’t take too long.

Well, it didn’t take long. I believe I know the real reason for the recent struggles: too much sugar in the blood. I’ve mentioned (I think) in this thread that I have to be mindful of the amount of sugar that is in my bloodstream, it can’t be too high or too low. The past few days, I realized, I’ve been running high. Not high enough to earn a trip to the ER, but high enough consistently to interfere with certain bodily functions. I’ve been better about that since this morning, good enough to finish the other 1/3 of my routine for yesterday (but not enough to reach the good EQ I’ve built so far). Its going to take a couple of days to get my body back on track. If I’m feeling good tomorrow, I’ll do a routine.

Completed a routine just now. I also did some push-ups and pull-downs before the routine. Did some jogging this morning (which is another reason for my EQ not being as good; I’ve been lacking on the heart health).

When it comes time to measure, here’s how I’m going to do it:
Must be 3 days since my last routine
In those 3 days, I will not:
*Do PE of any kind
*Edge/ Masturbate
*Use Porn of any kind to (for) masturbate (masturbation)

On the third day, on the time where I’ll normally do a routine, I’ll instead take measurements and assess EQ. Length and girth (mid-shaft) are to be measured on a (minimum) 80% erection, without the use of porn. EQ will be noted a scale of 1 to 10 based on ‘ease of erection’ and ‘hardness’ (1 to 10 for each, then averaged).

That should do it. The length and girth numbers are mostly for T-Place here, ‘cause people want proof that PE works. As long as I get good EQ, my penis is fine as it is right now :) . Any gains would be cool though.

Off day today, did 3 minutes of squeezes though. 3 minutes ‘cause my head gets numb quickly even with time between holds. Should maybe up the down-time between holds. This also means I’m nowhere near ready for some clamping (silly of me to get some clamps last year). I was looking through other progress report threads when I remembered that I am basically starting over (but not on a newbie routine, don’t know if that’s good or bad…). Inspired, I’m going to jot down future plans/thoughts.

*The measurement coming up is pretty much an accuracy check, now that I got a tape measure. What I measure is going to be the new numbers to which I compare future gains. I’ll edit the numbers I currently have in T-Place’s system.
*I’m thinking about measuring every 20 routines, ‘cause 20 should be a month’s worth (assuming 2 on 1 off; a month and change with 1 on 1 off).
*Also thinking about taking a short break, a week (7 days), from PE after every 40 routines
*Of course, everything subject to change for I’m consistently inconsistent. This thread might as well be called Work in Progress Report, lol.

And it’s been at least 2 hours since the last post! Also, I just edged (something fierce I might add, and did squeezes) when I said I wouldn’t, but there’s a good reason. After my last post, I searched for ‘reverse kegels’. A few threads and an anatomy lesson later, I’m in the bathroom trying to get a feel for all the muscles down there. Then, I edged with the purpose of trying to control the muscles. I think I did okay, as much as I can tell. I can also tell that I over did it; the masturbation counter is definitely getting reset in the morning. At least in the morning, it would be 5 days (since I went in the morning last time; I usually go for it in the morning).

Funny part about all this is that I don’t even remember the names of the muscles, but I know them when I feel them.

I’m going to make today one of my ‘One Day Vacation’ days. Going to rest up after going through all that effort yesterday, and this morning trying to relieve it (the first time actually hurt a little; finally started shooting blanks after the fourth time). No PE of any kind today.

Completed a routine just now, didn’t want to go to sleep without doing it. Despite being kind of tired (about to sleep after this post), it was a pretty good routine. Even had to calm down a little bit because I was too erect to start my jelqs. I wouldn’t mind having that happen more often! When it came time for kegels, I did kegels along with trying muscle control everywhere down there. I want to say that since starting ‘muscle control’ (what I’m going to call it) my EQ has gotten noticeably better. I’m sure the muscles aren’t strong enough yet, so I’m going to keep working on them.

Off day, did squeezes and kegels. That’s become my “off day routine” of sorts.
Fun fact: When I’m erect (enough), I’m thick enough that my ridge may get caught in a paper towel roll, but it defintely can’t go any lower. I’m also long enough to ~just~ reach my navel/belly button (standing straight). Its easier for me to notice just how big I already am because erection quality and overall health has been better recently. I’d be totally ok with not gaining another 0.1 inch as long as I can better EQ.
