New Year, New Progress

Off day today, but did a few minutes of squeezes and an edge session where I held off four times, I think. I stopped myself before the contractions would get out of my control, then I would relax my whole body before starting again. Stopped it from being a masturbation session, so I guess I’m reporting a progress, lol.

Other news, the water pipes in the house are on the fritz (again). Since my best method of warm-up is warm water and a wash cloth, I’ll have some extra off days (again). I don’t want to do a routine with out a warm-up (I can go with out a warm-down). So I’ll just do some squeezes and kegels to pass the time.

Tried to do another edging session yesterday, but it got to be too much after holding back once. I believe I found a limit, that (those five stops) or I can’t do edge sessions two days in a row. Left a mess along the ground, though it wasn’t shooting out of me. Once I get good at holding in, I’ll start looking at ways to get it out.

I’ve been trying relieve the extra burden I gave myself from the edge session two~three days ago. I’m not used to the feeling of extra weight on my balls yet; went about seven hours before I couldn’t take it. Next edging session, I’ll stop at three then wait a day before trying another session. EQ has not been lacking though, especially in ease and quickness. I can get to my year goal of 75% erection without porn quickly, just got to work on keeping 80%+ erections for longer than a few seconds.

Other news, the water pipes in the house should be normal by Wednesday, at least I hope. ‘Cause now I’m feeling two types of antsy.

Both counts have been reset to zero, not that I regret it. Everything looks bigger, I doubt I have any numerical gains but the EQ department is very good. I could tell it could be better if I get more kegels and exercise more in general. My blood pressure and flow is actually good despite my weight and diabetes. So I’m assuming that at least some of my weight (I’m about 230lbs) is muscle. Just got to work on getting toned and losing weight.

Though some of the weight I have to live with, as I got a wide frame like people on my dad’s side of the family.

* At 8 AM today it was 7 days, so I made a monthly goal of 1 week without porn this month, yay! I can say it attributed to the extra high EQ today. Count will resume the next time I complete a routine.

Got water in my house again. Still took rest days to recover all the “beating” I put my little friend through. Also started non-PE exercising again today. I managed a twenty minute jog (as in constant jog, never stopping) followed by isometric exercises on every part of the body. I didn’t even know about isometrics until I looked them up while researching other weight exercises during the downtime.
But as they say, the only easy day was yesterday. Now I have to be consistent, all this downtime is good for me but not the body

Completed a routine today, immediately after messing around with weights. Its something about weight training (whether trying to gain or maintain muscle, depending on my mood for the day) that gets me excited. But tomorrow is cardio day, and cardio is important to actual flow. Muscle is good, if I can just sweat off the extra padding, muscle would be better.

Also couldn’t get my middle finger and thumb of my hand around the post-routine flaccid/erection (in a relaxed grip). Normally, they would just meet no matter what the condition of the penis was. So, progress? Its slight and currently temporary but for the motivation, I’ll say progress!

Decided to skip routine today. My blood glucose level was past 250 at the time I wanted to do it; didn’t do regular exercise either ‘cause I caught a bad case of heart burn. I got to lay off the starches, I eat way more starchy carbs than necessary. A guilty pleasure/habit.
On the blood glucose thing: number is a measure of how much sugar is in the blood(stream). The higher the number, the more sugar there is in the blood. Too high and my penis has trouble getting erect or when it does, it is stifled due to the extra sugar. Too low and I may get dysfunction, if not downright impotent.

It wouldn’t have been a problem had I worked out. Got to work on the eating habits. At least the flaccid is well, despite everything. I will get a routine tomorrow.

Exercised, immediately do my routine, nothing new… until I tried to do a warm-down in the shower an hour later. Got a spontaneous erection and the need to release hit me like a bad stench. I tried to edge, made it worse (too sensitive). Felt good in a weird way. I don’t recall ever having a spontaneous erection before. Then I realized today would have been four days without masturbating. I guess four days really is my body’s limit; that or today was pure coincidence. I’m still feeling stuffy right now… I got money on the former.

Completed a routine just now, when I should be sleeping… other than the sleep part, nothing unusual to report today. I do have some progress to report though!
So my last A1C test (a lab test diabetics take) number was 9.7% (Which is pretty high, which is very bad) last I checked. A month ago I took another one, I had a doctor’s appointment today and she told me it was 8.2% (Which is still high, but a whole point and a half down is great progress)!

Hooray progress! Now time for bed.

Off day. Completed an edge session this morning (or last morning, it is 1 AM over here). I actually managed not to the blow the fuse this time. Also was messing around with my sack; I somehow ended up reading threads on increasing the size of the scrotum/balls today (yesterday). Not that I truly need to, I just find the topic interesting. Read a method that mentioned applying cold water directly to the sack. Umm, I don’t know about that one. If someone could tell me how that work out for them…

And its now Monday over here at time of this post. I didn’t PE Friday ‘cause my glucose numbers were lower than normal. I didn’t PE, or exercise, Saturday because I decided to take a one day vacation. I did absolutely nothing except release, relax, and rest. That relax part is important; whenever I was awake, I was in a relaxed and calm state of mind. Deep breaths often and think positive thoughts every time I took a deep breath. That one day vacation put me in a good mood today (Sunday), not that I seriously need it but it feels good to feel good!

Completed a routine. Things I noticed: flaccid looks and feels heavier and when erect it looks a little longer. Now, again, I don’t believe I made any numerical gains but I would definitely pass a woman’s eye test. :)

Decided to go one on, one off at least until I get to 20 routines. Might as well be consistent on the rest time too. I’ll think about going back to 2 on, 1 off after 20. I can’t exactly tell how tough my penis is, after a routine the head would be slightly numb but I’m still semi-erect (until it winds down). I want to say, on a scale of ‘tissue’ to ‘diamond’, it may be ‘tougher than I think it is’. Maybe the rest would let it loosen up a bit. Might need to look up ‘positive indicators’, at least I think that was the phrase.

Other news, I’m going to donate a bit to T-Place (after this post) This is a cool place and I would like to see it running as long as possible.

Do you find that you have a “dead dick” after you haven’t watched porn in a while? I haven’t watched porn in about 20 days and I am definitely finding it harder to properly stimulate myself. Can get to like 70-80% but never as hard as I could watching porn. Hopefully I am not completely screwed. What has been your longest streak and what effects did you notice? Keep up the good work.
