I have been on and off the past few months, I had family problems and such.

I started this routine on Tuesday

Tuesday [ON] Five Minute warm up/Manual stretches, thirty seconds each/one minute warm up/Manual stretches, thirty seconds each/five minute warm up

Wednesday [OFF]

Thursday [ON] Five Minute warm up/Manual stretches, thirty seconds each/Wet Jelq x35, 3-6s Duration/ Five minute warm up

Friday [ON] Tuesday’s workout

Saturday + Sunday [OFF]

This will be my routine essentially, although I will mix up the workout days, and eventually up my jelq

BPEL: 5.25” EG: 5”

Yeah, you’ll probably want to up your jelqs eventually but you have the right idea. Start slow. This is a good habit to get yourself into, so overworking doesn’t happen. There is never any hurry in PE.

Thank you James! I appreciate the kind words XD. I had a look at your progress thread, great work! However, I will not do Uli squeezes until I’m well in my PE routine. I feel a change of routine placement will keep the challenge on my penis.

Wise routine you got there. If you have the possibility to gain with close to no effort, don’t missed it.

Man, you shouldn’t measure that often. Only every few months. Gains you make one week can be offset by a loss the next, becoming discouraging to you. Because our penises naturally fluctuate to different factors, it’s best to keep the measurements spread apart. Then you know you’re truly gaining.

Okay I will take measurements every month, starting this Sunday. I already have more frequent erections, and penis feels stronger and bigger.

Welcome to TP! Your routine looks good to start with, you’ll probably want to slowly increase your jelqs and stretches over time. Keep an eye on your PI s and measuring once a month is probably better. At the start it often goes fast enough to justify weekly measurements but PE is a slow and steady process, there’s no rush. Good luck!

Thank you for your kind words. I am planning to increase the number of jelqs per week by five, and increase the duration of my per stretching. Eek or increasing how frequent the cycles are in the stretching.

Long term Goals: NBP: 8” x 6”

A quick update, I am having more fequent morning wood, ohh and my member looks bigger, I have not yet measured since the last time I posted.

My workout is somehow similar of what I mentioned in the beginning of this thread, now the amount of the jelqs I do is fifty and the duration of each stretch is increased to 40s.

Last night had a really strong erection that lasted to five minutes or more. I did fap but the erection slowly decrease intensity until it was at it’s flaccid state.

I have measured my member:

NBPEL: 5.25”

EG: 4.5” (improperly measured the first time)

I think no progress may be because of the low jelq amount I do, I am currently doing 50x jelqs, and will increase it by ten towards, with each week until 5th May. Time spent on the stretching will be limited to total time as 5 minutes.

I assume there will be progress in the next few months, having looking at other members initial three month progress.

I am now exercising every two days, with simple body weight exercises, need my left knee stronger in three months where I will have another appointment.

I had a workout today and no tingling sensation with my penis

Well yesterday I increased the jelqs to 100x
