I just looked all this stuff up yesterday after thinking about wanting to make my SO cum. I understand skepticism, because that shit is only logical. I can’t personally attest to the validity of this stuff, because I’m only a month in, but given some of my own research on the topic, I’d argue it’s at least plausible.

That article should show some of what I mean. You can read up on it if you like, but that’s one of the sources that give PE a bit of credit. That study, only ran for six months, but the increase in BPFSL, was about an inch. Now most of the guys here, have been at it for YEARS. TG, for example has sunk about a decade into it.

I myself, am only about a month in at this point and have already had my BPFSL jump up by about half an inch. Honestly though, I attribute that to the fact, I was already, by nature, rocking an 8-inch horsecock. So, for PE, it seems like a lot of it has to do with, A. What are you already working with? and B. How much time are you willing to invest? Because a magic bullet, this is not. It might take a decade to reach your final goal, and from what I read, diminishing returns, become very relevant. And again, that’s assuming you even do hit that point.

So my recommendation, would be to give it half a year. Six months, just like in the study. If you get good results, and like what you see, then stick with it. If not, don’t feel bad, man, there’s plenty of ways to please your SO, that ain’t your cock.

I’ve been at it for 2.5 years more or less. I can be considered a failure story in terms of gains, but I still gained and I have not yet exhausted the remaining options. I gained around half an inch in length and maybe 1/8th of girth in my first 4-5 months, and haven’t gained in erect size since. Other effects are a veinier look, more erection and ejaculation control, a better erection quality (i.e. I have sex with a 95% ish erection instead of 80% ish before) and a significantly larger flaccid.

Check out my log and others. If I was BS I would be posting some crazy ass starting stats and gains, lol, not the case. It’s a slow process that yields compounding incremental results over an extended period of time when a consistent and smart routine is applied.

I have had 7 month stints with no gains, such is the day in the life of PE.

If having a larger penis is important to you then apply good practice regularly and just make it part of your life. In time gains come.

Starting slow as you are is an excellent way to become acquainted with PE.
