New to PE.Dedicated Routine

Hi Thunder’s :)

I have known about PE for only the last month. My current size is 6.5”x5”. I understand this is a good size but I want to be bigger. It appears 8”x6” is the most popular goal size I have been reading people trying to achieve. For the last month I have been doing a manual stretching routine for beginners I found at MOS. It is simple and was easy for me to do with no experience or knowledge. I have also been jelqing, edging and doing ulis

I recently ordered and received a slider extender, a Penilizer, and an air penis pump. I will be using these alongside the manual stretching routine I have doing. I hope to get a bathmate and a lengthmaster in the next month or two. Just need some paychecks.

I plan to do 5 days on, 2 days off. Daily routine will be:

5 hours extending
30 minute manual stretching session x 2
300 jelqs
20 minutes air pumping

Any feedback is appreciated.

Rather than buying a bunch of stuff, I would settle on a system and stick with it for a few months before introducing other approaches. Just my opinion.

I feel the tools I am using aren’t all over the place and compliment each other well. An extender because they have been shown to work. A penilizer to replace my hands for jelqing which are a common beginner exercise that has lead to gains for many. And an air pump for max expansion of the tunica. I recently was reading a post about pumping after bundled stretching because the tunica is more elastic. I will try this once I start doing bundle stretching in the future. Nothing crazy here. Just a few simple very low cost and effective tools. They are all beginner tools.

I started off the New Year right. I was able to get in more PE then is my daily plan shown in the OP. I am off from work so I will be able to keep up this heavy PE routine for another 10 days.

8 hours extending
30 minute manual stretching session x 2
500 jelqs
30 minutes air pumping (one 20 minute session & one 10 minute session.

Careful not to hurt yourself, friend.

Try to do everything with the least force/pressure possible or you might have a bad injury and be unable to PE for weeks.

I have been using my slider extender everyday, the Penilizer almost everyday, and my air penis pump every other day. Been putting in a lot of work. It’d be great if those make your dick 3 inches bigger in 2 weeks were true hahaha. I am very much looking forward to my cock a year from now :-)

How do you like the penilizer? Compared to manual wet jelqs, are you able to get the stretch and pump with the device?

Thanks. I like the penilizer much more then using my hands. It is easier and more effective. My hands never get tired. It has kept me consistent with using it. The stretch and pump it provides are better because like I said my hands don’t get tired at all.
