Hi everyone I am new here and I have just started PE. I had heard of jelqing before and had tried it but did not have the will to commit probably because I did not have all the knowledge and inspiration that I have gotten from here.
I have done 4 PE sessions now and I am on a rest day. Here is my session:
5Min hot towel
50-75 3sec jelqs
5Min hot towel
A few kegels(just getting used to them)
I stroke at 60-80%

I measured today and I was 5.5NBPEL and 6.25BPEL and 5.0EG. I think I could get some of that length to show maybe if I get back in shape again. I am 25 yrs old and I weigh 193; was 180.

I measured a little while back and was 6.0 BPEL and I definetly noticed a slight + in EQ already so this could be from that.
Anyhow I am glad I found this place and I am looking forward to growing my dick.

Welcome! Looks like a good start, take it easy while you browse the forums ;) . I strongly recommend a consistent kegel routine, you’ll want to be able to manage your EQ properly. No stretches yet? Have you thought about setting any goals? :)

Just wanted to say thanks for the greetings and I didn’t even think of setting a goal yet. Hah

I suppose if I could get an inch in length that would be impressive. Any gains in girth would be nice as I am not overly concerned with that. Mostly concerned with length and EQ.

Honestly the stretching kinda scares me but I will give it another go. I am mostly concerned with improper grip.

So I missed my session yesterday and I am going to make it up today.

Also forgot to mention I am doing subliminal PE as well.

Had my session the other night and I added a few more kegels but no stretching yet.

I can’t seem to hold the kegel very long but I know I am working the right muscle because I can feel it contract.
I am really looking forward to PE after work!

I also went to the gym today. I’m looking to drop at least 12 pounds and get back down to 180.
Tomorrow is a rest day.

Woke up today and had some decent morning wood. I also have noticed that the smaller veins on my penis are getting larger and more noticeable.
I had my 7th PE session today:
5Min hot towel
100 jelqs
5Min hot towel and shower
20 kegels

I’m at the point now where I am going to time PE instead of count jelqs now.
I also have realized I need a better method of warming up and I want to try the constant heat I hear Titliest and others talk about so much.
I may go to lowes and pick up a IR heat bulb.
