New to PE progress

Hello,
I am new to the concept of PE however I am going to give it a go. I’ve been reading the forums for a few weeks prior to joining. I recently purchased an extender and have logged 25 hours so far. It’s taken a little more time to get used to than I had anticipated. I have also been doing some manual stretching every day (approximately 10-15 minutes a day).

I plan to measure once per month and hopefully see some gains. Based on what I’ve read in the forums, I believe my goals are modest. I hope to gain 1” in length and 1/2” in girth.

My starting stats are BPEL 6.75 and EG 5.25. I’m looking forward to the journey.

Are you doing anything else besides wearing the extender and manual stretches?

I’m taking l-arginine (2K mg/day) as I’ve read it increases blood flow. Other than that, no. I don’t want to do too much too soon. I guess we’ll see how it goes at first.

Your current routine has everything to mess with your EQ. How is your EQ?

Stretches could lower your EQ and the best way to compensate is to jelq right after.

If I were you I would save the extender for later and start with Linear Newbie Routine.

EQ-so far so good. Haven’t noticed any changes.

You said you don’t want to do too much too soon. You are doing too much too soon.

Start at the beginning and condition your penis. Take a step back and ensure you’ll be able to finish the PE marathon.

I’ve had the extender about 10 days. 25 hours over 10 days is too much to start? Had some issues with the noose so I switched to the comfort strap. Much better. Wore it for four hours yesterday. Those four hours were broken up into 3 different sessions throughout the day. Longest I’ve worn it in a day.

I’ve also kept it at the lower tension mark on the rods.

40 hours logged and measured today just because I was curious. As I expected, no gains.

63 hours logged. Added a 1/4 rod a few days ago. No measurements this week. Maybe next Sunday. Extender is getting more comfortable to wear. Seems like I’m able to go a little longer each session without having to take it off and rest for a few.

Only got 17 hours in this week. Total time in.80 hours. Will measure tomorrow. Hoping for some kind of gain.

Its not about the hours your a putting in its about having a penis that is capable of withstanding the exertion you will put it through.

It took me 3/4 months to condition my penis now my workouts can be taken to the next level.. The level I feel I will need to make gains.

Try the JP 90 in combination of the extender

80hrs is not enough time to gain so don’t be concerned.

Furthermore someone has done some statistics and found out that the sweet spot for wearing an extender is between 10-11 hours.
Or perhaps it was 11.5 hours.

I’d say it work towards it, like everyday 1 hour, increase weekly by 1 hour.. in 10 weeks (about 2 months) you should be at the 10 hours daily.
I personally would first start with a conditioning routine though.
Nothing wrong with using devices but pick the lower hanging fruits first, and then move to devices to get the higher hanging ones…

So, I measured today. To my great surprise, it appears that I gained a tad. BPEL just under 7 inches. I’d say 6 7/8”. My flaccid stretched length is 7 1/4”. I wish I would have measured that at the beginning.
Anyway, nice to see some sort of gain. Still trying to wear the extender 20-25 hours per week. I’ve implemented some jelqs after the extender as well. Hopefully I’ll be able to push past that 7” mark soon. I’ve also lost 10 pounds since I started so maybe that has something to do with the gain?
I started at 230 pounds, now 220. Hope to get to 200, that’s the goal. I’m 6’2” BTW.
Long term goals:

6’2” 200
BPEL 7.5-7.75”
EG- 5.5
