New to PE just starting

New to PE just starting

Having been thinking about PE for a while now just turned 60, have lost EQ and size. Was told I had prostatitis but found it was chronic pelvic pain syndrome currently seeing a PT for this, also have a pinched nerve issues wasn’t sure if I could do PE. Started about 3 weeks ago very aggressive had to change routine after the second week, had negative PI’s and was starting to have pain, found that sometimes less is more. Have learned a lot from this website very good information, thank you everyone.

Started on 12-27-2014
BPEL 7”
EG 5”

Currently 1-13-2015
Gained .250 BPEL
Gained .125 EG

Final Goal
BPEL 8”
EG 6”

Stick with the newbie routine for a month or two , which will condition your penis to handle advance exercises later on. Remember warm-up/down are very important .


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Welcome and congratulations. I think I enjoy my warm ups and warm downs the most using a heating pad. It seems to reduce any discomfort I might have. I hope you continue seeing gains, sir.
