Hi, I posted a while back and was going through a pretty hard time - still on the verge but feeling better.

I’ve been doing PE consistently since the start of March - but I have done PE before I was single to make sex more enjoyable.

I’m currently making this year a selfish year and focusing solely on myself, as being 22 and dysthymic isn’t the best feeling in the world. I’ve set around 10 goals I AM going to complete/do in 2017. One of these goals is to go from slightly above average in real world terms to large and then some.

I am currently only focusing on BPEL and EG as to be honest I don’t mind my flaccid being average - I think it’s more fun to be a grower, it’s like a magic trick doubling or tripling in length, lol.

My starting stats are;

BPEL: 14.5cm (5.7 Inches)
MSEG: 12cm (4.7 Inches) - from memory*

I will be taking measurements every first of the month.

As I have done PE in the past I’ve modified the newbie routine a bit - and I do turtle alot regardless of what I do, I turtled even when I didn’t do PE .. You could buy my dick a shell the amount it turtles to be honest.

What I’m currently doing is a longer variation of the newbie routine and then wearing an extender in between session on minimal tension to combat turtling - I am waiting on my hanger to be posted and will start including this into the work out and every two weeks pump and clamp over the weekend just for a break and a bit of fun.

My goal for this year is 17.5 cm BPEL (7 inches) and 13.35cm (5.25 Inches) MSEG.

My long term goal would be the golden 20.3cms (8 inches) BPEL and 15.2cms (6 Inches) MSEG.

Will update this thread every time I measure - and then update my routine accordingly if needed.

I have a feeling I may have under measured myself first time round but I honestly don’t remember how I done it, so it may seem I made some huge gains in the first month so take it with a pinch of salt.

That being said, my routine consists of manual stretching, jelqing - extender added then kegels then leaving the extender on till the next routine.

I’m using the extender as my dick is a sea creature and loves to turtle so I’m trying to combat that as I feel it will effect gains, I’ve taken about 5 days off overall in the month and plan to measure on the fist Monday of April as I’m taking a break over the weekend due to commitments and also moving house so my measuring gear isn’t with me at the moment.

Plus with the two days break I feel my EQ will be solid and I can take a pretty good reading.

From April my planned routine will be;

5 mins warm up
20mins - 1.25kg hanging
5 minutes light jelqing
ADS - 7 hours (work)

5 mins warm up
20 mins hang
5 mins jelq
Low level tension ADS (basically when your flaccid is Max length or slightly under for basic comfort and to stop turtling) wear for as long as possible with only being taken off if unable to sleep

3 days on 1 day off (day off low level ADS as explained before all day)

I feel this will work pretty well for me but will change if needed.

Just had sex - I cummed but was able to carry on for like 10 minutes fully hard and it didn’t hurt and was able to get it back up in 30 mins again for another round ..

Is this usually results of PE? I’ve honestly never been able to do that

In a word, yes. What you are describing is a positive PI, more specifically a better, harder erection with a shorter refractory period. It’s a result of PE and it’s why a lot of us came here in the first place, me included. It means you’re doing something right.

Keep doing what you’re doing and gains will eventually happen as well.

Thanks for the reply - I’m 4 days off measurement day and then routine change.

I’ve been thinking in regards to nutrition, specifically blood thinning related food such as ginger, onions, garlic and other green foods - I’m wondering if this would assist at all with PE?

I’m a little annoyed because I think I miss measured at the beginning but not sure - now it’s hard to tell if I gained. I think it may be a little bit of column A and B - next months measurements should hopefully give me a better understanding.

Started my new routine - will measure mid April so I know if need to adjust, so far the routine is not set in stone and I will adapt it as I go along to optimize gains;

MORNING -
5 Mins Heat Wrap
20 mins 2KG Vac Hang
5 mins Jelqing

WORK -
Extender all day (low tension) - 7 hours

EVENING -

5 Mins Heat Wrap
20 mins 2KG Vac Hang
5 mins Jelqing

NIGHT TIME -

Extender low tension - as long as possible, ideally sleep with it on

2 days on 1 day off

Extender is a bit of a bitch, keeps coming off - looking for alternatives at present. Have added an extra set of hanging before bed so In total have an hour of hang time, still jelqing afterwards. Will keep this up for a week, feel as if though edging will help cement some gains so will try and fit edging sessions on my off days and then pair this with ADS just no hanging.

Will measure 15th April to see if I need to make any changes to the routine.

In relation to responding to my PI, from Saturday I am going to be changing my routine from one on one of routine with more hanging sets - I feel this should suit me better.

Currently still hanging 2kg, will increase when I see fit - from Saturday I will be hanging 4x day at 20mins ea sessions and then wearing an ADS for the intervals with jelqing in between.

On my off days I’m going to have a very low tension extender at my maximum flaccid hang (non stretched) to combat turtling.

Going to make my ADS Saturday and take measurements to see if I need to increase my hanging weight and just for curiosity.

Forgot to update latest measure:

Reached 16.5cms BPEL but that was at around 70% EQ - taken the weekend off and am starting up on heavy hang set in morning - new vac ADS to create more tension and less slipping of device, after work set of hanging again followed by simple manual PE, ADS again - shower, hang again then ADS through sleep - then ADS all day no hanging .. So basically 1 on 1 off days

Planned to go 3 days on 1 day off this week - with the new style of ADS I have, I feel that a high intensity work out will gain the best growth for me.

So regardless of what I’ve said I’d do - I am still following 1 on and 1 off with the same weight.

Inclusion of the ADS I’ve kind of strung up seems to really help.

Visually my erection is looking larger, however I am not measuring again till the end of the month.

Will look to increase the weight in a week or so by a small amount - and look to invest in a better hanger as vac hangers only do so much.

Going to be hanging for another 2 months under the same routine before I take a week break (will jelq every other day, around 20-30 just to maintain EQ).

Next measurements will be 01-05-2017

Measures because curiosity got the better of me -

Measured at around 70% EQ, and after pumping so take MSEG with a grain of salt, however it did surprise me how much expansion I got - I always dropped during measuring so find it hard to be accurate.

BPEL:16.5/6cm average
MSEG: 13cm (1cm expansion!)

Will do a standard measure for end of the month thats non induced pumped stats.

11 more days to measure day for Aprils end measurement.

Took two days off - as I just was not feeling it.

Going in high intensity mode for 9 days then taking 2 days off before measuring although will likely jelq lightly in the shower for those two days as its something to do.
