Ok so as long as it’s moderate, like 10 minutes a couple times a week, I am not increasing my required recovery time?

How often can one safely drink alcohol to not affect gains?

Thats highly subjective and also a matter of common sense.

Weird question, I have very soft conditioner that seems great for jelqing, would this be bad? Because I wanted to use vaseline but I heard it’s not good

Use Vaseline the consistency Is great for grip, and control of the strokes.

Conditioner is full of chemicals and not suitable at all.

Vaseline is horrible to clean up and the grippiness of it is great if you want skin stretch and are trying to restore foreskin, otherwise I’d avoid it. Olive oil or coconut oil are good.

I just finished 2 weeks on my routine and I feel great, large flaccid during the day and my girth seems huge right after I jelqs with many veins. I just wanted to know if it’s normal to turtle a little after the warm down because this happens all the time but the next morning my flaccid hang is big

I always thought warm down was useless but maybe I’m just missing the point there.

I used to be very structured in my approach. Now I just do them when I’m stuck at traffic lights or waiting for a pot of tea to brew etc. :)

Lol yup same! Do you think they’re important? I heard too many can result in smaller gains…

Also is it okay that I do my warm up and warm down in the shower by placing the hot water on my unit? Also is warm down supposed to be cold or hot water?
