New NBPEL personal best!

As the title states I have hit a new personal best. I just wanted to make this quick thread to state that I just measured 7.5 nbepl and a 8 bpel . This is awesome, I can not believe being so young I have stuck with it. But I am very glad that I have. The next step is 8 in nbpel, im moving fast so get out of my way!!! 9 nbpel x 6 mseg here I come!!

Starting Stats: BPEL 7.0¨ x MEG 5.3¨ (4th Nov 2015)

Current Stats: BPEL 7.83¨ x MEG 5.6¨ (14th June 2018)

The Dream: BPEL 8.1¨ x EG 6.1¨ (Not sure if the wife supports ¨the dream¨)

Thanks for the positive feedback guys. My routine is pretty simple, but consistency is the key here. Personally, I stretch and jelq everyday but saturday. I also fowfer very frequently with good tension. I think the fowfers I have been doing are really help my nbpel.
