To my disappointment it seems that I have gained NOTHING since the last measurement so I must have hit a plateau.
I used the water pump 1-2 every day with 15+ minute sessions, I have no problems with erections and I don’t feel like I’m getting fatigue at all. I don’t know if the old model is hitting its limits and I’m not getting enough negative pressure to push through, or whether I’m simply doing it too much. I have a feeling it is the first and so I would need to either push everything I can out of it or try another pump.
Anyone else hitting a similar barrier using pumps? Kind of disappointing although I’m glad I’ve gained a significant amount from the start regardless.
Sounds like you’ve had some great gains either way! I guess it’s possible that you maxed out your pump. What model and size bath mate were you using?
Hey man I started the same way as you basically, with the age and finding this site. For me things that really work are Jelqing. Manuel stretching, Extender (ADS), and Clamping (Esp this one for girth)
If you did pumping 30min and clamping 30min you going to gain girth. But be carefull with the clamping and the pressure when your pumping.

I got right back on track with gains, it would seem that using heat makes all the difference. Simply filling the pump with water and then going about your business doesn’t seem to cut it, as soon as I got back to my old way of pumping in the shower with hot water flowing on the pump holding / increasing the warm temperature, I started gaining again.

Sadly enough I took a break from all PE for several days just to actually see where I’m at, and it turns out I haven’t gained ANYTHING in past year or so.
Wow, don’t really know what is up with that, have thought about many possibilities.
Perhaps using the pump twice a day every day has simply got me plateaued. Perhaps the pump alone simply doesn’t work anymore at this point. Perhaps having constant slight lymph buildup just makes a pumping session stretch the lymph more instead of getting the actual shaft, since during my routine in the past year I never got any red dots even with maximum pressure and 30 minute sessions, and now after this break just 8 minutes if enough to get plenty of the red dots. Perhaps less really is more and I never had time to recover and thus made no gains from the sessions, although I never had any problem achieving good erections, not a single time.
Whatever the case may be I’m really open for suggestions right now, I’m thinking of almost completely ditching the pump and going with jelqing either daily or every other day or some other on off routine. And again to clarify I’m all for girth, length really doesn’t matter that much although I would not mind gaining a bit of that too, just to prove to myself that it is indeed possible.
