10 minutes manual stretches, straight out, down, up, left, right, btc

200 jelqs, 20 R/H normal grip, 20 L/H Normal Grip, 20 R/H over grip, 20 L/H Overgrip, repeat until reached 200

5 minutes manual stretch as before

5 minutes hot/warm wrap as before….
