New boy on his length journey

Hey there,

I have been looking around on this website for about 6 months. Two months ago I decided to start with the newbie routine. My EQ got better, but I did not notice any length gains (did not measure properly in the beginning).
So I wanted to change my routine to a more length based one.
I made it like this:

Day 1: 5 minutes warm up hot shower
15 minutes stretching (V-stretch, basic stretches all directions, JAI stretches)
5 minutes warm down

Day 2: repeat day 1

Day 3: 5 minutes warm up hot shower
5 minutes stretching all directions
8 minutes slow jelking

Day 4: rest/recovery

I hope to get some feedback.

Welcome jack. Do you plan to upload pics on here?

It’s really important to take good measurements for the progress report. This way you can have info about what routine gave you results and what kind of results (length, girth, both, only EQ improvement).

So if you haven’t done yet, do them after 2 days at least off routine.

I didn’t see drako forcing someone to show their photo. He asked if he was planning on it and suggested he take good measurements. Not sure what you’re getting at here goodfella

I don’t think I am going to post pics in here. Not very comfortable with the idea of it.
But what do you guys think of my program? Is it good to do so much stretching and one day of jelking?
My first goal is length, when I see lenght gains I will be focussing on girth.

Hey Jack, I’m new here too, but emm, I’ve read through many docs and in the Linear Newbie Routine it’s suggested that any stretching within the first week or two is not recommended.

You said you started doing PE two months ago but you didn’t mention what you have done since then. So may I assume you are still starting up? If so, I think your program includes too much stretching and no enough jelq.

Jelq is the main part of PE and the most popular and effective technique of all, right? So maybe you could consider more jelq? By the way, different jelq techniques would induce different ramifications including both length and girth.

G263 is right. I’m not forcing anyone and I don’t want to otherwise I would have said something like “Post your pics here!”. I simply asked of them because there’s another sub forum, the “Progress Report” where you write your progress but you don’t post pics on that, and it’s public so unregistered people can see the progress.

But I have my thoughts on jelking for length because it will give you more girth and that will slow length gains.
Also if I do stretches I feel more stretched out after the session, after jelking I feel more thick.

I think I give my routine a try for about 3 months to see if I can grow .5 inch.
I know it is much but it is not impossible I think.
I need to gain .16 each month.

I will keep a log in here to keep you all up to date.

Gradually increase total of stretching and jelqing work over weeks. Maybe you’re a “More is more” guy. Anyway don’t overdo, PE is a marathon not a sprint ;) .

No, but it depends what’s your intensity. That really changes the game.

I don’t pull too hard, don’t want to injure.

I am pretty carefull.

About to do a stretch session.

Heating 5 minutes.

Stretching 10-15 minutes

Warming down 5 minutes

Maybe you can record something now? There is no pic or data in this thread nor in you PE statistics. Since you said you are not comfortable with posting pics here, maybe you can start with PE record.

I guess you can. Although dry jelq is more advanced than wet jelq and may pose higher risk of injury. Still I carefully tried it. And it feels good. I current finish every single run of dry jelq with 2 strokes (one starting from the base and ends in the mid and then second continues till the glans). And I do this when I lay down in my bed :D
