New boy on his length journey
I have been looking around on this website for about 6 months. Two months ago I decided to start with the newbie routine. My EQ got better, but I did not notice any length gains (did not measure properly in the beginning).
So I wanted to change my routine to a more length based one.
I made it like this:
Day 1: 5 minutes warm up hot shower
15 minutes stretching (V-stretch, basic stretches all directions, JAI stretches)
5 minutes warm down
Day 2: repeat day 1
Day 3: 5 minutes warm up hot shower
5 minutes stretching all directions
8 minutes slow jelking
Day 4: rest/recovery
I hope to get some feedback.
