Need Help No Gains

I don’t know if this is relevant but I’ve also gone from lasting 5-10 mins in sex to 30-40 mins easily and sometimes over an hour. So my penis seems rather ‘resistant’ in general which worries me (and tires the hell out of me).

Fleshlight (for edging, and for fun lol)
Vaseline/hands/lube
Time

I say jelqing and air pumping an LAPump(like 2 fuckin Hg) and stretching.

And I know hanging works. I had multiple dreams from God about hanging, Hebasically said my manual lig stretch routine was weird and that I needed to buy a hanger lol. Point being he wouldn’t told me that if hanging was not effective. Just like the dream he gave me about jelqing. I was on a hand stretch for hours a day routine and I had a dream one night while I was doin’ that from him it was like “damn, I can’t even warmup no moe!” with jelq feeling associated. It was not several days though before I got that and that the information was not being transmitted obviously as usual. Basically stretching is a warmup. Point being, he wouldn’t uh said that if jelqing didn’t work….. Jelqing pump and stretching, and hanging should be effective. I really hope you start gaining mate.

Lol no, but I suffered on the subject. I believe hes just been helpful.Idk, Now that you mention it I see how that can look wrong lol, but it probably had more to do with the emotional issue.

Personally, I wouldn’t trade “banging multiple chicks a week” for PE. It’s a classic fisherman-and-the-banker story.

You may have a ridiculously tough tunica. I went from newbie routine, added squeezes and then o-bends. I think this conditioned me for gains. The supra slammer (edging to full erection, uli, erect jelq, erect squeeze with erect bends) truly worked for me. Make sure you warm up, stretch and jelq before you do these and set your reps and rest days based on PIs.

One day a week of bundled fulcrum stretches with golf weights also really attacks my stubborn tunica. I own and use a bathmate but it is only a marginal maintenance device that is of no use to you. Put it away completely and focus on manual exercises.

Hello all.

So I spent more time experimenting with materials and stuff and finally got one to fit me nicely and started hanging! No pain or anything and it stayed on for the full 20 min session. So I will hang. I’m guessing this will sort out length. I’m doing 20 mins every evening and skipping Sunday. I will hang 1.25kg and then increase 1.25kg per week. (I don’t use LBS here). Hope this is ok!

Additional manual exercises seem to be beneficial. What do you recommend? I agree I may have extremely tough tunica as even after hanging it just flops back (and the bathmate ‘puff’ lasts maybe 3-4 mins after a long session).

@jd10021 what is the fisherman-and-the-banker story?

One other question. Sometimes after hanging (or even 30 mins after hanging) even at ‘full erection’ my cock measures smaller. Then the next day its normal again. Is this normal? I’ve had ‘negative gains’ before and then left my cock alone and it went back to normal.

QQ - Bathmate sent me a ruler but the measurement ‘0’ starts a few cm in the ruler.

Shall I stick to a measure tape for length/girth? Or buy a straight ruler?

any links on how to correctly measure is great - I’ve always measured hair to tip but recently I was told your supposed to push the ruler in a bit?

What the… I would buy a better ruler. More accurate for length. Oh and your supposed to feel pain and not take any days off. The body fiends in on those days. Trust me I used to hang heavy. You want to keep your microtears all the way till the end. Let em heal and its really hard to make anymore. Gl mate, if you do it for more than 6 months at one time, i’m a pussy and i’m gonna start back hanging again lol.

I brought a proper ruler now.

No days off? The routine says 20 mins a day with Sunday off? I can hang daily no problem it is fun :)

Any input on girth increase mechanisms? I’m assuming hanging will only increase my length right? Will my girth stay the same or become thinner?
