Naviator's Routine

My normal Monday - Friday routine is shown below. On Saturday & Sunday I only do one full workout.

Morning
Warm Up Wrap: 5 min
Manual Stretches W/ Captains Wench: 5 Sets x 4min
100+ Wet Jelqs @ 3-5 secs ea
Shower cool down

Fowfers or 2 Golf Wts to avoid turtling

Mid Day
Manual Stretches W/ Captains Wench: 5 Sets x 4min
75 Wet Jelqs @ 3-5 secs ea

Fowfers or 2 Golf Wts to avoid turtling

Evening
Warm Up Wrap: 5 min
Manual Stretches W/ Captains Wench: 5 Sets x 4min
100+ Wet Jelqs @ 3-5 secs ea

Bed Fowfers for approx first 2 hours of sleep.
