Hello Folks,

I’m back after half-a-decade or so! The first time around, 95% of my routine was 30 minutes to an hour of Jelqing per day, with a tiny bit of manual stretching mixed in. I took one or two rest days per week and saw “minimal” gains after 4 months or so (0.3 in or so, according to my old data. As far as I remember, I measured as accurately as I could at the time, but it seemed like I fluctuated a bit. If I truly measured correctly, those length gains have been lost, as I’m back to my starting values I had listed in 2008. No reason for the break, other than life getting in the way.

Here is my new plan:

I’ve ordered an extender from alibaba for $13 that has the noose style head as well as the newer looking silicone band - it looks just like all of the other, much more expensive brands out there. If I experience discomfort, I may end up buying one of those vacuum head attachments. I’ve ordered random things from that site coming from China before, and it’s taken nearly a month. Once I get that extender, I’ll hopefully be using it 4-6 hours daily.

For now, I’ll be doing 20-30 minute of manual stretches each day, with the occasional day off (especially if any negative signs crop up) UNTIL I make my own “White Knight 2” by Cantlook, which should happen within a week or so. There is a good chance I’ll enjoy the White Knight 2 more than the one coming in the mail, so I may just stick with this for 2 months.

After the 2 month period, I will evaluate the magnitude/existence of my gains and decide whether or not to continue - I have PE goals, but they don’t seem too lofty. Here are my current stats:
*I’m measuring in cm because they are easier for me to read; inches are provided in parentheses*

BPSL = 14.7cm (5.79)
BPELNP (I curve upward a bit, so NP stands for “not pressed flat”) = 14cm (5.51)
BPELCP (Again, I curve upward a bit, so CP stands for “curve pressed”) = 14.3cm (5.63)
NBPSL = 12cm (5.12)
NBPEL= 11.3cm (4.45)
MSEG = 12.7cm (5.00)
B(ase)G = 13.3cm (5.25)

Ultimate Goals (as in, I’m happy and do not need further length):

BPSL = 17.3 cm (6.8)
BPELNP = BPELCP = 16.5 cm (6.5)
NBPSL = 15.5 cm (6.1)
NBPEL = 14 cm (5.5)
MSEG/BG = same as I am now

Welcome back.
Keep at it for some time and Im sure you will achieve your reasonable goals.
Stretching and extender sounds like a good plan.
Vary the manual stretches from time to time as the extender is rather one dimensional in the way he stretches.

Give yourself at least 3 months with that routine while increasing the intensity slowly until you sense bad PI ‘s.
2 Months sounds a bit short for such a routine.

So…it took me awhile to figure out the noose and setting the length of the device, but I finally built my own verson of cantlook’s White Knight 2 (I may post pictures at some point). Let me just say… that I’ve never felt a stretch/pull so deep and so throughout my whole package - it feels incredible. I’m thinking I might try 4 sets of 30 minute stretches a day for now. I’ll take measurements next Saturday.

Strange turn of events - the JES Extender knockoff I ordered arrived yesterday! It only took a week to get here!

Unfortunately, I’ve been using noose style head and have a little pain behind my head from the cantlook white knight 2 I made. I tried the silicone strap that came with my knockoff extender, but it’s too large (or my head compresses too small and slips out. I tried using the foam they included to beef up the support to hold on, but that didn’t work. I see lots of people recommend using wraps, especially the thermaband, self-adhesive types and I will try that next. Taking a day off today to see if that area toughens up and becomes less sensitive. Maybe I need more conditioning, maybe I need to new strategy. The cantlook white knight 2 gives me an AMAZING pull, unlike any manual stretch I’ve ever done, but it’s a shame the noose is so uncomfortable. On a somewhat related note, most people on this forum don’t seem to report stretchmarks - I have a few now on the top of my shaft - I think the skin was too tight anyway and something needed to give. I was and am using cocobutter to try any keep that skin elastic.

I still intend on taking measurements this coming Saturday (FSL, BPEL, NBPEL), which will mark 2 weeks of manual stretching with 5 days of my white-knight 2 thrown in there. Gains in just two weeks time? We’ll see shortly enough.

Tape seems to have done the trick, but I still think I need to build up some penile calluses. Accomplished 1.5 hours (3x 30 minutes) with the “proextender” from Alibaba and the silicone strap. I work in an office, but can shut my door. I think my new strategy, for privacy and effective PE, is 1.5 hours (until I can tolerate more) in the office with the proextender pointed down, and then half an hour to an hour of my white knight 2 when I get home.

I wanted to give the readers of my progress report an explanation for why I’m using the routine I am. Ever since a few academic papers have come out suggesting that extenders do produce a statistically significant increase in length, it increased my “faith” that PE works. I want my progress report to give the PE community an idea of whether or not gains are possible from someone who previously didn’t make gains with months of the newbie routine, and is now using an extender without first conditioning their penis.

At this point in time (and for the forseeable future), my routine consists of manual stretches for 5 minutes when I shower, and piss pulls each time I urinate. I start off my morning with 1 to 1.5 hours (30 minutes each with less than 30 minute breaks in between) of my Alibaba Pro-extender with tape and the flat silicone band. In the evening, I use my homemade cantlook white knight 2 for 30 minutes to an hour. After that, I do a few jelqs. I may increase the time I use my extender as my penile conditioning potentially improves.

FSL seems longer, but I’m not taking measurements until this coming Saturday.

So, a few of my measurements are in…and they’re very encouraging! 2 weeks of manual stretches, with the last week being 2 hours a day of a mix of my extenders (my cheap proextender from alibaba and my homemade cantlook white knight 2).

I was so horny, I took a couple different measurements.

First measurements: these are as hard as I could get just trying to get hard:

BPELNP (I curve upward a bit, so NP stands for “not pressed flat”) = 14.4cm (5.67)
BPELCP (Again, I curve upward a bit, so CP stands for “curve pressed”) = 14.9cm (5.86)

Second measurements: Immediately after ejaculation:

BPELNP (I curve upward a bit, so NP stands for “not pressed flat”) = 14.6cm (5.75)
BPELCP (Again, I curve upward a bit, so CP stands for “curve pressed”) = 15.1cm (5.94)

I will take FSL measurements later today. No matter how I measured it, it looks like 0.4-0.8cm in gains so far (when comparing similar measuring methods, like pressing my curve up, etc). :)

FSL Measurement = 15.7cm (6.18in).

So, in two weeks, 1cm gain in BP FSL. If I keep going at this rate (1cm per 2 weeks), I’ll be at 30cm by Christmas! Good thing my goal is only 17.3cm of FSL.

I can tell that I stretch out that much further from when I started using my homemade extender too.

Woke up with a pretty strong erection and decided to measure MSEG, which came in at 13.2mm (5.2in) and my Base EG at 13.7mm (5.39in). I think this “gain” from my initial stats could be due to EQ, but mainly measurement error on the first attempt. In my first EG measurements, I was using a thin, flexible metal tape measure, but it wasn’t quite right and was squishing my member in. Today I used a piece of string and found that it was much easier to measure. Better measurement (or actual gains) making me larger than I thought I was? Usually it goes the other way around…but I’ll take it!

Cool Nate, so things are happening. How do you find the $13 extender? Do you think it’s working ok?

I wouldn’t know any better, but I’d say it functions as the more expensive ones would. I built my own version of cantlook’s white knight 2 first, anticipating having to wait a month for the $13 proextender from alibaba to get here, so I might have biased myself. The cheap proextender got here so much fadter than anticipated…so now I use the proextender at work and the whiteknight 2 at home. The white knight 2 is so much quicker and easier to put on and take off, and the length range when going from decompressed to fully extended is greater than the proextender. That being said, once I have the proextender installed and dailed in, it seems to work nearly as well. I like being able to choose the vertical angle at which I stretch (as opposed to the white knight 2, which does an excellent job, but only pulls straight out). Once I started wrapping the gap between my head and shaft (about 13 inches of rubbery waterproof injury tape), it became a whole lot more confortable. If you’re looking at getting into extenders, it seems like an inexpensive way to try them out. Hopefully my gains continue - the only negative side effect is that for now, is that it’s making my leftward curve even more pronounced. Hopefully that evens out eventually and it becomes straighter.

I do have an extender but it hurts when I put it on and can’t keep it on more than an hour as too sore. I also have a curve to the left and would like to straighten it and not make it worse.

I took Cantlook’s advice and never wear it longer than 30-45 minutes before taking a break and getting some bloodflow back in before putting it on again. Are you using a noose type attachment or a silicone strap? I use the strap…and now I use tape too, and it’s more comfortable. Plus, I’m only doing two hours or so per day, at least until I stop seeing progress and I become conditioned to tolerate more time. I don’t have the privacy to wear it much longer anyway.

Mine has the strap. Also don’t have privacy being married and kids in the home.

So, two questions have come up - feel free to answer if you see this…or, they will just go into my progress log and hopefully change on their own at a later date.

1) I am “cut”, so I’m not sure how much this terminology applies to me, but my frenulum has become tight when I’m wearing the extender(s). I’m speculating that my ligaments and spongy tissue has stretched enough to where now my skin has to adapt. I can feel and see the frenulum is taught and pulling on the skin on my shaft that it “dissolves” into. I’m hoping this skin/frenulum will stretch, and stop robbing the stretch from the parts I actually want to stretch.

2) My penis already had a less than 5 degree bend to the left, and now it seems that it’s even MORE bent in that direction. It’s strange, because I would imagine that one side of my penis would be shorter than the other and that’s what produces the curve, but my penis naturally wants to point 20 degrees off to the right when I’m wearing the extender. Since I naturally curve to the left, I would have thought that the extender would have pointed this direction because that side of my penis is shorter and would prevent the extender from straightening out - but it’s pointing the opposite direction from what my hypothesis was predicting. Maybe I’m not getting my unit properly aligned in the extender(s)? I was hoping extenders would straighten out my curve, not amplify it! *shrug*, time will tell if it gets better or worse.
