Nate690's Routine

First warm up, and massage a little… Basic stretching for 3 minutes… (30sec. stretch it dow, 30sec up, 30sec per left and right side) And go in cicles few times.

Then I apply coconut oil (organic, extra virgin) , rub it nicely and start jelqing with two hands and OK grip. Every stroke is 3-5 sec, I pull it down,right and up when I do jelq excercises, cause my penis is slightly bent to left at the base of shaft

After 15-20 minutes I stop, then do a few stretches and warm it down by taking a shower.
