I couldn’t use my heating mat during my last two sessions. Also, I have not been doing kegels for over a month now and my EQ has gotten better. Have I overestimated the power of kegels? I believe my improved EQ has direct connection to not doing kegels anymore. I have increased my stretching time to 11 minutes and I jelq for 23 minutes right after that. Then I usually edge using my masturbator for 10-20 minutes depending on the mood and privacy I have. I believe I could be very close to 16cm (6.30in) in length, but I do not want to measure. My EG seems to have remained the same, I wonder if that’s unusual…. After I get to 18cm (7.09in) in length, I’d like to pursue girth gains, but my main focus will be to maintain my EQ, which is now 100% (or 110%? :) ). I am ultimately doing all of this to improve my sexual life and to become the perfect partner in bed. I feel like 18cm NBPEL and around 14,5-15cm EG would be the perfect size. Only time will tell. I have been receiving compliments on my performance from multiple girls lately, so I have already gone a great distance from where I first started, however, I’ll never be satisfied.

I doubt that this is universal for everyone but I usually have a better EQ after taking a break from kegeling. This might have to do with the fact that if you kegel on a daily basis it is basically a workout for that specific muscle. Each training “weakens” the muscle for it to grow stronger during the healing process. If you stop working out you have the full current potential of that muscle at your disposal.. But as I said: I am not an expert on this nor can I call myself a veteran :-)

You might be right there. I masturbated 3 days in a row, which made my hang much worse and my penis did not feel full, because the blood circulation just wasn’t there. I started kegeling again and it went back to the great hang that I love so much. We’ll see what happens in the future, it was a nice little experiment I did, but it just created another theory. I might need to make more experiments to see the REAL power of kegels.

Anyway, I am still staying on track, not being able to use my heat mat in winter is a bummer, but I’ll manage.

I have also gained a nice 1 pound of muscle in 2 months, which is great considering my noob gains are long gone.

After I reach 16cm in length (over 50% of my length gain goal), I will probably take a decon break for about two or three months. We’ll see how things turn out.

Quick update

I’ve been away for a week and couldn’t get my sessions in. Now I am back on track and everything seems to be just fine. I will measure myself soon as I believe I’m in need of increasing my workload again. I might gradually add up to 4 minutes of stretching and a few minutes of jelqing. The weather is still pretty cold, though. Warmer weather might actually unveil gains that are ‘hidden’ in colder temperatures.

Update

I am still not gaining any length, but I seem to have gained roughly 0.3cm of girth. I’ll be trying to keep my diet on point everyday. I have only missed 2 or 3 sessions in the last three months due to being sore from sex and realizing I’d better rest, so everything is pretty much the same.

At the end of my journey, I’d like to be 17cm in length and 16cm in girth maximum having considered quite a few things. Although, I will probably stop at 15cm EG because I feel like anything more than that would be too much. I’ll probably wait for another month, measure and then up the workload if I see no gains. I wonder if I should jump to 2 on, 1 off, but it just doesn’t feel right to me, so I’ll probably stick to 1on, 1off.

Added Bathmate

I’ve added a quick Bathmate session of 5 minutes maximum after jelqing. I just wanted to play a little bit and see how it would affect me and I ended up adding it to the workout, because I feel like the device is very potent and gives me a good hang. I’ll see what I end up doing from now on. I might stop adding time on stretching and jelqing and maybe add time on my Bathmate depending on how things turn out.

Also, I am currently eating at least 160g of protein a day at 74kg body weight, if anybody was wondering.

Switching things up

I am currently stretching for 15 minutes and jelqing for only around 15 minutes as well, because after long jelqing sessions I’ve noticed that I am not getting a good expansion. My penis just doesn’t seem to be able to stay engorged after 15+ minutes and so I concluded that it is not worth jelqing longer than that.

Instead, I am using my Bathmate after jelqing for one pumping session of 5 minutes and I am making sure to put very warm/hot water inside, to help stretch my unit to its maximum potential. Heat and PE go hand in hand after all :) . I am getting a little bit of a “red dot” problem, but that will be gone soon. Hopefully I can work my way up to 3 sessions of 5 minutes in Bathmate.

I felt like the workouts were getting a little bit boring and adding the pump really makes everything fun and it keeps good track of your progress, because you can see how far you are expanding. The measurements on the pump are not very accurate, so do not be discouraged if you are using one. Back when I started with Bathmate, I used to go only up to the 12cm line and now I am at 14,5 very comfortably and I could probably pump higher, however, the ruler puts me at 15,5cm NBPEL.

Notes

Started scrotum stretching again. Need to make a bit of room for new gains, in the past I have found it very beneficial. Also, I have dropped the bathmate again since it really did not make things feel right. It made my head much bigger and made my foreskin feel much thinner, which I believe is not suitable for length gains. From what I have felt in the past, the feeling of your foreskin being “full” is wanted for length gains or it is a direct indicator of length gains. I have noticed an improvement in EQ, though. Probably just thanks to changing things up, I remember when I went from bathmate to the newbie routine I gained some EQ as well.

Still on 15 minutes stretching, 23 minutes jelqing. Today I had a great session where my penis stayed engorged throughout the whole 23 minutes of jelqing.

Yes, I have since gained 0,5cm = 0.2 inch

Anyway, I have decided to jump on -2 on 1 off - instead of adding time to jelqing etc. Last time it gave me a good push. I hope it will work.
