My story and routine

Hello all, I am 29 and married. I have been doing PE for about 4 months. Due to our work and school situation, my wife and I have to live apart from eachother for one year. In that time I would like to go from 6.2 NBPEL to 7.2 NBPEL and gain girth as well. I want her to see me after a year and say “What the fuck is that?”

My current routine is:
10 minutes hot washcloth or hot shower
5-10 minutes of basic stretches: Pulling down, up, left, right, and the helicopter twirl\
15-25 minutes of wet jelqing with coconut oil. Using OK grip and upside down OK grip
3-5 minutes of the same streches
3 sets of 5 minutes of pumping with a bathmate in the shower

20-30 minutes of edging about a half our or hour after this routine

1 day of rest per week with absolutely no PE

Going to start wearing a “Size Doctor” extender for 2-3 hours daily

Supplements taken:
1000mg L-Arginine twice per day, once at lunch, once in the afternoon
50mg Zinc
100 mg Pygeum twice per day
1200mg Lecithin (Sunflower)
250mg Nettle Root Extract
1000mg Fish Oil
VirRx - Recommended daily dose

Current Stats:
6.2 NBPEL
3.5 NBPFL

Goal:
7.2 NBPEL
4.2 NBPFL
Improved EQ
Girth - Not yet specifically measured / set as a goal

I would greatly appreciate any comments or critiques on my routine and supplements, especially if you think I’m doing something wrong / incorrect!

Starting Stats: BPEL 7.0¨ x MEG 5.3¨ (4th Nov 2015)

Current Stats: BPEL 7.83¨ x MEG 5.6¨ (14th June 2018)

The Dream: BPEL 8.1¨ x EG 6.1¨ (Not sure if the wife supports ¨the dream¨)

Routine may be a little too much for starters. Especially if you incorporate an extender. I tell you what, leave the extender out for now and do 5 on 2 off.

Resting is very important for gains. Make sure to take at least a full week off minimum every 2-3 months.

Supplements look good.

Ignore completely my advice if you are seeing gains with what you are doing. Keep doing it. If not try what I have suggested.

For these objectives I would add pumping (with a gauge) to your routine. I have been doing dynamic pumping, initially to improve EQ . Worked great for that but also has given me good girth gains (from 5” to 5’5” MSEG and recently believe I am growing more girth wise. Jelqing also was involved. I also believe you have a good chance of getting your length gains with the extender. I found the flaccid gains came first and then followed by length gains.

Be careful with the supplements

I would mix this with Citrulline on an empty stomach half an hour before exercise (I use 2 grams of each in powder form)

apparently increases your cum but not sure it does much else

Think you need to cycle this

Good stuff. I take 6 grams a day on the recommendation of a cardiac specialist and it helps with exercise

Not very much morning wood, but I never had much. Perhaps the time spent edging takes away from morning wood?

Hey bud, good luck with everything. I personally would start slower- give your penis 2 months to get used to being worked. You should begin to get morning wood regularly.

Morning wood ain’t good with me either lately … been sleeping badly because of some unwanted snoring noises.
