My real journey

Day 1 in the books. I’m starting really light: 2.5 minutes stretching and about 20-30 jelqs. I’ll gradually add more and more to my routine.

Should I do the stretching and jelqing at once? I’d prefer to stretch in the morning and jelq at night.

That’s probably fine.


Why the Smithsonian? Because you could walk around it for a week and not see the whole thing.

Just for record purposes. My starting stats don’t match what I initially inputted a few years back.

BPEL: 5.75 in
NBPEL: 5 in
MSEG: 4.75 in

Goal:
NBPEL: 5.5 in
MSEG: 5.0 in

From what I understand reading on here, warming to get good blood flow, then stretching to loosen your ligaments, then jelqing, then warm down to flush out blood flow. I also like to do Kegels after my routine as it seems many advanced routines will require a strong kegel.

Day 2. Same routine. I edge at the end, but can never hold strong lol. I gotta get better at that

Day 3 complete, same routine.

I did my fourth session 2 days ago. I took yesterday off. Today, I did my 5th session, but I increased stretching and jelqing time. I added around the world and increased each stretch by 5 seconds. I’m also included 20-30 more wet jelqs. So this is now my routine for the next two days:

Warmup
3.5 minutes manual stretching (up, down, out, down-left, down-right, around the world)
50-60 wet jelqs
Edging (although I may end up getting rid of this)

Day 6 complete

Day 7 in the books. Tomorrow is a rest day.

If you feel that you get ‘cold’ between stretching and jelqs, it’s recommended to warm you up again between the exercises.

What device is good for that? A space heater?

Keeping the same routine for the next 3 sessions. Still 40-50 jelqs and 3.5 minutes stretching. Only difference is that I’m adding in piss pulls.

I use an IR lamp. Does the job.

Completed Day 9 of PE last night and in the morning I had my first wet dream in a long time. So hopefully that’s a good sign.
