My Progress

I had sex last night and my EQ was trashed. I need to take 2 or 3 days off to fully recover my EQ. I’m noticing while there is very little soreness from stretching anymore despite the increase in workload I still have to keep an eye on PIs. Residual fatigue still can build up and slowly make PIs get worse so slow that I won’t really realize it. The sex didn’t send me into overtraining this time though I don’t know why. The fatigue was there beforehand. Going to reschedule my pe days to the days where we can’t have sex due to our work schedule so it doesn’t happen again. I won’t change my routine this week I will go another week and see what happens. But hope 2 make a gain in my 3 days off. It may be 2 but if that is not enough to fully recovered my PIs I will make it 3.

My best method of measuring PIs is to get an erection while standing up. It is easier to get one sitting down but I can’t only get a fully hard one while standing if my PIs are all the way positive. Right now and yesterday before sex my standing eq is trash maybe a 7 out of 10 at best which takes some time to even get it up.

I decided to measure today and I was excited about the results!

BP: 8.25”
NBP: 7.31”

I finally made it to 8.25! It is always exciting to make it to the next quarter inch mark. My length goal is 9” bp. That should put me around 8” NBP probably slightly over. My fat pad is weird it is about .93” which is slightly more than it was before when I started and I am way leaner than 5 months ago. Damn near 10 percent bodyfat once I lose maybe 8lbs more. My abs are very visible flexed and unflexed they are visible but not clearly.

I think the only thing I will change about my routine is the 3 horse squeezes. I will just dry jelq for girth right now with the same reps. Maybe the squeezes are making it take longer to recover eq. I think I will also change the frequency of my routine and base it on my PIs instead of set days. But aiming more towards a 1 on 2 off frequency. I feel as though 2 days is good enough to completely recover from the last workout. 1 on 1 off just isn’t enough sometimes. I seem to always gain when I need extra rest days.

In my case gains are made when I completely recover. I wouldn’t consider my routine intense because I stretch lightly enough just to reach max length and hold it there. But it is enough for me to get that fatigue and slight soreness which is most times delayed. I wasn’t expecting to gain 1/8” that came as a surprise but I’m glad I did!

I remember reading a quote from big al saying “just because you recovered from the previous workout doesn’t mean you’ve recovered enough to grow.” That is why I think 1 on 2 off and sometimes 3 off would be best for me. With 1 on 1 off I sometimes would ignore the slight soreness and fatigue just to follow my scheduled workout days. After I measured erect I decided to measure flaccid and it was 6.” I hadn’t measured flaccid in months because it looked the same as always. I waited for about 5 minutes to make sure it was completely soft. I will take today off and pe tomorrow my PIS aren’t 100% yet but they are looking good.

8.25 bpel is huge! Congrats man! Those .25” marks always feel like big accomplishments. Keep it up!

Yesterday’s workout:

20 stretches
40 dry jelqs

Took away horse squeezes to see if it helps eq. I can’t rely on my PIs before the workout. They were definitely positive at first then I got a phone call about some issues and I started turtling from the anger and stress. But I did pe anyway because before that I had a semi and was kind of horny. It was weird to actually see how stress from things outside of pe or physical exertion cause me to turtle. It made stretching really easy though and after the stretches I still looked longer after each stretch. Now I will take 2 to 3 days off to heal. I may go down to 17 stretches next workout. I think that would be slightly better.

Just coming in for a PI check today eq is better today than it previously was the day after a workout. I think it is because I didn’t do horse squeezes. If just doing 1 extra horse squeeze over 3 ruined my eq then I figured it would probably recover faster if I did none. I will focus on those when I reach my length goal. I will try 35 jelqs next time. But I will keep the stretching reps the same. I thought maybe I overtrained but it was hard to read it yesterday based on my mood. I am still taking tomorrow off and maybe Sunday too depending on PIs. I will take 2 to 3 days off after every session. Using a follow the PIs approach I will pe when I don’t feel anymore fatigue and soreness. Kind of like a bodybuilding approach. Same idea but different things. Still will measure every week to see if gains speed or slow.

Today is my second rest day. EQ is much better at this point than it was when I was doing the squeezes. I think I will take away 5 jelqs and see if it improves more. Stretches will stay the same. I will decide tomorrow if I’m taking another day off depending on if I feel any fatigue or soreness.

Workout today was:

20x30 sec stretches
40 dry jelqs

Had a great session and a great eq afterwards. Yesterday though my eq was through the roof! Ithe took a while for my morning erection to go down when I woke up. Also in the middle of the night when I got up to do something it took a while to start going down while I went to pee. Had to hunch over and stand at a distance to aim in the toilet because my erection aims at around 2 oclock when hard. Taking away the squeezes seems to have decreased my recovery time for eq. I will just stick to this routine for now. 1 day on 2 to 3 days off. I will probably measure Wednesday or Thursday.

I have this issue. I’m overweight though. But when sitting and edging, my dick feels way longer than standing. Like way longer.

I also have similar starting and current stats as you. I started around 7.5bp, now Im a lil over 8.25bp. Also an increase in meg from 5.6-6.2 in under a yr. I plan on stopping if I were to get to 9bp and just focus on maintenance. But 9 seems impossible.

What can I do to improve head girth and get better erections while standing?

For better erections jelqing and kegels help me. I would think a jelq and hold near the head for about 5 seconds would help head size. How did you gain your girth? 6.25” midshaft is my goal even though I’m not focused on it, I hope to gain atleast .25” before I reach my length goal. But I haven’t gained any and it has been almost 5 months now.

I think it was the pumping. But I also do a lot of clamping with my hand. And I do the exercise where you clamp the base with 1 hand and squeeze under the glans with the other. I forget what thats called, but it makes good expansion to the mid shaft.

What is your kegel routine? Any reverse kegels?

My kegel routine is light. I actually don’t do kegels outside of jelqs. I kegel before every jelq stroke. But I would say 10 sets of 5 second kegels is enough. I do 20 sets of 10 second reverse kegels though to keep my pc muscle in balance. Others may need less but I do so many reverse kegels to keep premature ejaculation at bay.

I’m still on rest break. PIs weren’t good today and I can still feel fatigue. I may have pulled harder than usual. I will pull a little lighter next time and go back to 30 jelqs. Depending on how I feel I may take away some stretches maybe 3 if any.

I got to thinking about some things. What if I was in a situation where I could and did have daily sex. I would have to have a routine that is so light that it produces gains but doesn’t fatigue my dick as much. In bodybuilding for example if you do 3 sets of 10 to failure on EVERY set on squats you would be exhausted and need more recovery time. If you did 3 sets of 10 on squat but only going near failure yet never reaching that point you would make the same gains but need less time to recover. I was thinking maybe that could would in pe. Maybe if I split my routine in half and do 2 on 1 off I could do enough to grow but not affect my eq as much. Has anyone tried this approach or think this could work? My routine is fairly light already and if my wife and I both had morning shifts I pretty much wouldn’t know why days we are having sex on. Plus it would be a breeze to stealth a routine that short. My eq just isn’t as consistent as I’d like it to be although my routine yesterday made it better. Being in a calorie deficit doesn’t help either.
