10 minutes then. Yup. :D In terms of stretching time that’s probably what I’m doing on a “hard” day - usually it’s more like 4 - 6 minutes. But I split it up throughout the day, doing one or two fulcrum pulls whenever. I don’t take rest days either, haven’t needed them with that stretching-only routine, EQ is generally very good.

The reason I’m using the Phallosan less is because I’m between condom sizes and if I move wrong it slips off. All in all however I’m extremely pleased. The guys in the forum have been helpful and informative.

I’ve started it in February. The first two months I had “only” FSL gains, at about 1mm a week, but they were more than enough to intrigue me and keep at it, figuring if this just keeps going then erect length will *have* to start gaining at some point as well.

That happened 2 months later, in April. And it’s kept to the same pace as the FSL gains since then, increasing BPEL from 16.5cm to 17.3cm in the past two months. I expect to reach 17.8cm, or 7”, in early July. 7.5” three months later, and so on. Provided this doesn’t stop working, of course.

I think that’s a pretty decent rate of gain. Doubt it would be faster with days off, seeing how the stretching doesn’t seem to be hard on my wee gerbil at all. Rather reluctant to try rest days, to be honest :D it’s working too bloody well at the moment!

Edited to add: I had barely any FSL gains (and no BPEL gains) in 5 months of newbie routine (with a 3 week break in between), that’s why I was so surprised.

Yeah, even if you’re following a different routine, FSL would still be a fairly reliable metric to track seeing how there isn’t any ruler shyness involved. Possibly the most consistent way of measuring length progress.

Last workout was:

15x30 sec stretches
10 horse squeezes
30 jelqs

Today’s workout:

20x30 sec stretches
20 horse squeezes
20 dry jelqs

I do 5 jelqs then do 5 horse squeezes. I learned from dickpushup that the jelqs get the blood flowing and make it easier to get good expansion from the squeezes. My eq has went up since doing more girth exercises. I think this routine will help my length as well. I an still doing 1 on 1 off 3 workouts a week. I am still experimenting with the amount of jelqs and squeezes. I think I will only increase the squeeze reps if I do anything. The jelqing is only there to get the blood flowing I may even decrease jelqs to 15.

Also I just haven’t been logging my routines lately but I have stayed consistent with or. I just don’t see a reason to log after every workout anymore unless there are changes. I don’t want my log to get excessively long.

Your workout looks very similar to mine and I’ve been watching your progress with great interest. I too am working on length but my primary goal has always been to achieve and then maintain good EQ

I hold each squeeze for 5 seconds. I tried a workout with just the squeezes and it seems like it isn’t as effective without jelqs to refresh the blood flow after every few squeezes.

I found that as quantity of horse440’s increases it can become challenging to maintain their quality.
Instead of doing a lot of squeezes try making them last longer. When I was doing them 1 squeeze was about 30 seconds. It would take 5 or so seconds to get totally over the head, then I would hold for about 10 seconds then VERY slowly work down the shaft as intensely as possible.
In your case of currently doing (20) 5 second squeezes (100 seconds squeezed) you could much more quickly and easily do (5) 20 second squeezes. You’d do the same amount of “work” but probably get better expansion and be starting each squeeze closer to 100% erect so you’d have better quality squeezes.
Just some food for thought.

+1. I currently do 6 20 horse squeezes in between my dry jelqs. Although my primary focus has always been EQ, then length, I’m getting back into doing some girth work. It’s a good thing to change up and vary your routine periodically. And I particularly enjoy doing the horse squeezes. They’ve had a really nice effect on my flaccid hang.

Eq today is better. My jelqs were about 8 secs long instead of 5. I left out the squeezes. I want to test this for a month because besides the time I was over training I didn’t try 1 on 2 off with this routine. I will let my PIs decide if I take 2 or 3 days off.

I very much support that statement and motivate you to start the two-days rest strategy immediately.

I only can report good experiences from it.
