Happy to report gains! NBP is now 7.56” and my BP is now 8.44”. This routine is so simple and great. I will stick with it as long as it works. Can’t believe my NBP length is about to reach my starting BP length.

When you say 10x30 stretchs what do you mean? Reps? Time? Great gains and success!

I have been doing my routine religiously but I haven’t been posting here much. I haven’t officially measured yet but I will on the week of the 19th. I’m going to switch back to dry jelqs for a while. Once I reach the inch gain mark I want to move to horse squeezes for girth with the same stretch routine as I have now to continue to gain length while focused on girth. I’m starting to think dry jelqs were helping my eq more. My eq is not bad and sex isn’t a problem at all. I just remember having really hard erections back when I was dry jelqing but it’s not as hard as it was at that time. It’s about an 8 now but with dry jelqs it was on most days a 9.5.

But another reason for the change is people are coming to stay for the summer again and I need to be more stealth again. A dry routine is always easy to stealth.

I’ve still been doing my routine with the exception of a week off for rest. I hadn’t made any gains and felt I needed the rest. I increased my stretches to 20 and kept dry jelqs the same. I didn’t get that same productive workout feeling from the routine anymore and actually started to measure a little smaller than normal. So today was my second workout with this routine.

20x30 stretches
30 dry jelqs

Eq is doing great I love the eq benefits dry jelqing give me. Wet jelqing just didn’t benefit my eq like I thought it would. There is no soreness the day after I do my routine which is good because that is usually the time I start to feel it. My standing erection after the routine is strong.

I have been doing pe as scheduled. It’s hard to find time to measure with more people in the house and new schedule. One thing I noticed is that every since that week off my recovery has went to a whole new level. I have almost tripled my stretching and there is a slight fatigue feeling but not much. I can still have sex after I do my routine. It may have something to do with my new Job. I now have to stand a lot and do more walking around. Basically being more active outside of the gym and I think that has a lot to do with it. My eq is really good and libido is high. I haven’t taken a 2 day break in about a week and a half because I don’t need it right now. My routine is:

25x30 stretches
30 dry jelqs

I think I may start back increasing my routine 1 stretch every 3 workouts again. I think the nature of my job is the cause of my increased recovery because I’ve noticed the same in the gym too. As we all know being on our feet moving around even slowly keeps the blood flowing.
