Going to start a formal routine that I can track. Will start tomorrow.

Day 1, manual stretching with ok grip, 2 minutes each direction, straight out, up, down, left, and right.

Day 2 jelqed for about 20 - 25 minutes at 50 - 70 % erection level with ok grip.

Manual stretching straight out, up, and down 2 minutes each direction.

My erect length measured shorter than yesterday by about .15 - .20 inch. This happens to me every time I do manual stretching. Will continue to monitor.

Maybe it’s better to measure it once a week?

I would measure every other week or once a month

I’d echo lucky mushroom and Romonian and recommend you update this thread with measurements once a week or so. Feel free to measure every day if you want, but know that this might discourage you faster if you keep seeing no improvement for days on end. It’s better to wait and while and then see that you grew a quarter inch the next time you measure.

I’d also recommend you elaborate more in your updates. These are a little dry to read and don’t give people much incentive to keep up to date with your progress, which means less people giving advice and support.


Current goal: .25" higher than what I currently have.

I did about 200 jelqs yesterday around 50 - 70 % erection level. I noticed my penis is much more malleable now that I switched to lower erection jelqing for the past 2 days. I use to jelq at 85 - 100% and my penis would be more stiff in its flaccid state. I don’t know if its a coincidence but its just something I noticed. EQ is pretty good right now. The only weird part is I feel like my penis got skinnier in its erect state from lower erection jelqing. I didn’t measure it but it wasn’t just my imagination either. Anyways my starting stats for erect girth is 4.9 inches. I’m going to measure my length again tomorrow after I get a transparent ruler for a more accurate measurement.

Starting Stats 5.3 in NBPEL 4.9 in erect girth, my goal is to get to 6 in NBPEL. Doing 6 minutes of manual stretching today 2 minutes for each direction, straight out, straight up, and straight down.

Just jelqed for 200 reps at 40 % - 70 percent erection level. I just noticed that when I jelq instead of my glans expanding my base is expanding. I hear everyone else balloons at the upper part of the shaft, so why am I ballooning on the lower part of my shaft instead? My glans stay the same size, so basically my expansion looks like a cone shape. I squeeze at the base and move the blood up the shaft so why doesn’t my glans balloon? Someone please offer advice.
