My Progress Thread

Hello all,

This is more so going to be a periodic journal where I share my routine and log my growth monthly. I won’t be updating much as I’m going to be following this routine without fault. Currently my stats are:

BPEL: 6.25in
MSEG: 5.125in

I began years back but never really stuck with it. This time I’d like to be more organized and consistent in order to keep me motivated. I started my routine on May 8th. It goes as follows:

6 days on 1 day off.

10 minute warm up
20 minute V stretches
5 minute warm up
10 minute 3s jelqs

See you in a month’s time!
