You’ll have to ride the PONR (Point Of No Return) wave while masturbating. It means that you won’t masturbate just to come, you’ll make it last longer (at least 20 min), not giving in to the temptation to blow, and find your pleasure in it. You have to find out how to avoid getting past the PONR. Some just stop doing anything, some do kegels, other reverse kegels, or think about unpleasant things, there’s many ways… It’s like when having sex, you don’t want to just finish the job, you want to make it last and enjoy every moment. There’s no tutorial for it, you have to learn it by yourself.

When you’ll be able to decide when you want to come (it can last hours, though I doubt you’d really want to spend hours jerking off), you’ll never give up edging. I’ve always done that and I don’t see any interest in masturbating for 3 minutes.
AND you’ll be able to last way longer while having sex! No excuses. ;-)

Okay well, that wasn’t expected. I haven’t edged in god knows how long, (going up to the line, then backing off a couple times), tried it during my session earlier today. And that line sneaked up on me, I tried to completely stop, I squeezed in an attempt to stop it but it was too late. Probably didn’t help I was really frustrated anyway. It’s definitely gonna need some practise for sure. Also found with the Uli’s that doing 10 squeezes with a tourniquet type grip instead of the 5 improved the amount of blood. It wasn’t unpleasant or painful in anyway, just a bit more intense. I ended up trying again because I felt I was in the mood again. First time maybe lasted approx 5 minutes. This time lasted 20+ minutes with approx 4-5 “stops”. Definite improvement and felt far more intense.

Also, I found that when I decide to take a whiz, I find it easier to do kegal type exercises. I feel like I can get a better squeeze because I know I’m trying to stop a specific thing. So whenever I go now, I try to “burst fire” my urine, stopping and starting. Feels more intense with a better mind muscle connection. Probably not anything new here, but I came across it, thought id share it.

Going from my first post, I’ve been doing PE for approx 3 weeks now. Decided to try and hold off on masturbation for approximately 12 hours (which is far longer than what I do usually)

12 later, I’ve noticed that my EQ has slightly improved, felt alot “fuller”, could potentially be from the lack of masturbation will have to find out soon.

Also noticed that my BPEL may have possibly increased to 7.1”, compared to previous measurements where I would usually “float” between 6.9-7.0”. My girth hasn’t changed as far as I could tell, but I decided to measure the base; which came out to approx 5” in girth. Hoping to see some more definitive results soon, I think my current growth is too small to consider it serious results due to human error and how I could potentially be measuring it wrong.

Will most likely come back 3-4 weeks later with another update, most likely the end of this month.

Considering doing progress pics, does anyone have any advice for this?

Only changes were more squeezes (because I feel I can do more without discomfort) and an increase in jelqs. Want to get to 100 by next month.

My main goal is to add more girth at the moment. I’m not unhappy with my length, an increase of a little under an inch is my goal (BPEL of 7.5-7.75”). But hoping to get a 0.5-0.75 inch increase to girth is my priority at the moment. Any advice for this?

Hi RyanPL,

I’d say you’re doing a little too much. It’s only been 1 month since you started, you’re still in a conditioning phase. I’m not an expert at all, still consider myself as a newbie, and at the end of the day it’s your decision. But I’d wait some time before doing Uli’s. The risks of an injury are much higher with those kind of exercises, and even more for a beginner. Most guys seem to have a hard time growing EG, especially at the beginning. So I think you shouldn’t focus on girth for the moment. Girth gains seem to come mostly from more advanced exercises that need conditioning. You want to add 0.5-0.75” girth. That’s not impossible, but that could take 2 years. I know it can be a bit frustrating but you said it in your first post: you’re not in a rush. Maybe you should give a chance to the newbie routine for 3 months before considering other exercises. But again, we’re all different, it’s your body and your decision. ;-)

I suppose I could be doing too much. Last time I did jelqs, I struggled to get the 70-80% erection that is spoke about. I’m not claiming what I’m doing is correct or anything of the like.

I don’t feel like I’m putting excessive stress on myself. Or feeling brutalised or whatever.

I could give the newbie routine a go. Just feel that the current routine is doing what I’m supposed to be doing. I’m pretty sure I’ve got results already, maybe stick with it for a little while.

Maybe I could lessen the uli exercises. I just feel that I get this really good pump sort of feeling. I get in my kegal type of exercises that way too

In all honesty, I’m just giving it a go. Seems to be working so far, not saying I’m right or wrong, but I haven’t had any injuries or anything yet. So maybe it could work, you know?

Sure, you should do as you feel! I was just giving my thought on that, not expecting you to follow my advice. Who am I to tell you what to do? I just wanted to give you the same advices I was given by veterans. I’m still a newbie myself. You seem to listen to your body and that’s what we all should do. I hope it will work well for you!

Update - Dec

Found out that prone masturbation is bad for you (causes a type of sexual dysfunction). I’ve never known this before, but I’m currently going through the process of switching. I’m spending this week doing No Fap, so no masturbation at all. Then for the next 2-3 weeks after, work on trying to reach orgasm with my hand.

Also have decided to change my philosophy on my PE. Going for a minimalist approach.

Going to do this 2-3x a week.

UPDATE - JANUARY

Ordered the Bathmate X30 today, should be coming soon. In the mean time, going to follow this routine for a few months:

1 day on / 1 day off (2 days off if need be)

Manual:
- 5 minute Stretching (up, down, left, right)
- 5-10 minute Wet Jelqs (resting as and when I need to, 30-60 seconds?)
BM:
- 5 minutes on, let it relax, then repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
While incorporating Kegals (using the app most likely)
Cool down (Stretching + hot wrap)

Going to do the manual section and the kegals until I receive the Bathmate.

Also have relearned how to masturbate via hand, and I’ve been tempted to go back. But so far I’m going strong.
I’ll probably get a baseline once I get the bathmate, so I can compare it over time.

Do yourself a favour and masturbate as little as possible. Some say it can ‘hinder’ gains and others not so much.

All we know is that the less you’ll masturbate the hornier you’ll get hence getting more frequent and harder erections which is all good for cementing any new gains.

I also find that the less I masturbate the bigger my dick stays but if you choose to masturbate make it a PE workout doing edging and not letting yourself come too fast. And if you do edge, in my experience, your orgasms gets way, way stronger and more fulfilling.
