Hello all

Last year I posted my intro with some questions.

I wanted to start a progress thread and include any questions I might have along the way.

I started PE February of 2017 and had measurement of BPEL 6” x Girth 5 7/8”. In my intro thread I expressed personal concerns with some of the workouts so I opted to do lighter stretching workouts. I’ve continued that for a year for 4-5 times per week making sure to get a few off days - which I’ve read some suggesting is important. I understand a lighter workout isn’t going to yield big results, or any results at all for that matter. A year later, February 2018, I find myself in the latter. The same BPEL 6” x Girth 5 7/8”.

Something I’ve noticed more recently is that when I achieve a real rock hard erection it feels like I’m stretched to the max. Not that it is painful necessarily. It almost feels like, and looks like 6" is maxing out and I can’t really feel, or see how or where additional length is going to come from.

With not making any gains over the course of a year and this particular observation/sensation does anybody think I wouldn’t benefit from continuing these light workouts? For those that haven’t browsed my intro thread I had a goal in mind of BPEL 8" x Girth 7 1/2".

Well a proper stretch is necessary for there to be gains. Jelqing also gives good gains. If your stretches are too light it wont help. Then you’re wasting your time. In the beginning I remember there was a lot of skin stretching while doing the stretches. I you don’t even feel that, its way too light for gains.

I started at 5.2 inches. So smaller than you. I’m over 8 now. So your goals are reachable if your dedicated and consistent.

Last year I explained that with the stretching I was doing that I did feel fatigue. It was the same sort of fatigue down there like when working out. So the stretching isn’t light, just the workout selection. Not that I’m doing it hard enough to cause pain.. Just fatigue.

I’m not sure I’m really stretching any skin. The stretches I am doing are almost like I’m trying to pull it out from inside my body. If that makes any sense.
