My progress- great gains

Hello guys! This is my first day as a member of a PE forum. However, I have been keeping up with your threads. This is my 21st week of doing PE. I have made 3/4inch gains so far and do not plan on stopping. I want to give you guys my routine.
5 min warm up

Stretches: BTC, straight out, up, down, and under each leg to the side.

Bundled stretch: 4sets 30sec hold (2 left, 2 right)

Dry Jelq: 75 reps

Fellas this isn’t alot but I do it 2-3x a day. Going to start adding some hanging as well. I’ll follow up with my results.

I do a similar routine. How long can it take each session? Do you take any day off?

I do like 10 min stretching session x 3 or 4 times a day . then also jelq at night a like 10 min. Have you been progressive with the routine? I’m not and I’m afraid it won’t work….

Each session is roughly 10min. An yes in my opinion you have to push further everytime because your body will get used to it. Your pretty much telling your body that if it doesn’t grow, it is going to perish. Wheather it jelqing and your kicking up the intensity or reps.

In your case, if you are gona give hanging the same time you have been giving strethching I don’t think you’ll keep on gaining .

So you begun with 5 min and ended up with 10 min ?

In my case I don’t think I can increase it and I’ve been doing it for a week or two. Perhaps adding an ads or extender between sets right?

Excellent gains mate! However I would recommend starting hanging only once those manual exercises stop producing quality gains. If you’re still gaining on this routine why stop? Hanging puts a lot of stress on your penis so it’s best to save this stuff for last.

Anyway that’s just my opinion, good luck!

Yes. I wanted to condition myself before I pushed for the gains because I knew it would all be over if I hurt myself. And try using a cock ring after your workout to keep the tunica expanded. Your dick will start to heal in the expanded state. I wouldn’t put an extender on in between sets. I’m interested in picking up an ADS device myself for during the day.

I started hanging for 2days. You think the lig gains will stop I I continue hanging?

Great gains, well done! If I were you, I’d keep with your initial routine whilst it still gives you gains. Why change something that’s working?

Honestly I cannot say for sure, but many of the more experienced members here have always advocated for continuing a routine until it no longer produces gains. PE naturally toughens the penile tissue due to all the stresses we apply to it, and as the tissue toughens, it becomes difficult to stretch and enlarge. Because hanging exerts greater force and stress upon your penis it would naturally make the tissue toughen up faster. What I’m saying is that by beginning hanging it is more likely that in the future manual exercises will not produce any gains, as they do not exert enough force to break through the hanging toughened tissue. So if you were to desire more length gains after hanging, you would need to do more intense exercises. It is important to remember that tougher and more intense exercise do NOT lead to faster gains, they are available for those that cannot get gains off of less intense exercises.

By this logic, you should continue your current routine, which is working excellently, until it does not produce gains within a reasonable amount of time, say a month or so. Then you could either switch up your routine by varying the manual exercises you perform, or you could move on to hanging. Anyway, best of luck to you.
