Thought I would force myself to occasionally check in and provide updates.. So this is my first post even though I’ve been doing newb routine for about 1.5 months.

Routine is now the following which provides me with positive PIs:
5 min warm towel warm up
Stretches 5 ways, 30 seconds (2 sets)
6-8 min wet jelq
Shower warm down for 5-10 min

2days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 2 days off.

Shame on me, I didn’t take great measurements when I started, but I was about:

BPEL: 5.5”
EG: 5”

I have measured today and I’m:

BPEL: 5.75”
EG: 5.1”

Pretty stoked, not sure if it’s measurement bias or not but I can say it does feel bigger and EQ has definitely improved.I’ve noticed that after a rest day EQ seems to come back stronger with a vengeance :)

I don’t have lofty goals compared to some here, 6.5 BPEL would be nice but I’d be happy with anything over 6 and girth anywhere from 5.25-5.5.

I’m very sexually active and typically go 5-6 times in a 7 hour period with a girl.. Just tested this two days ago lol.. So I’m being cautious not to lose that.

But seriously, thanks to everyone that contributes here! I’ll be checking in about once a week.

Good going, man. As for feeling bigger, no doubt. Even if you don’t see it (yet), your hands will feel a difference of even just millimetres.

Thought I’d chime in with an update.

Not much new to report, sticking to my schedule and had a really good session today.

I’m not into measuring constantly, since has noted here, it does seem to be counter productive. However, I can assuredly say I’ve grown since starting and my BPEL is above 5.75 now.

All is well so far :)

Just another weekly update.. Definitely still growing. Been a lIttle under two months-ish and my BPEL is now just a smidge under 6”. Very encouraged by the results!!

Girth I haven’t happened to measured this time, but definitely thicker since I started and let me say when I first started with the jelqing, I didn’t notice a thicker hang but now when I’m done jelqing it looks huge lol and definitely hands larger all day!

I’m remaining consistent with 3-4 sessions per week! Onwards to 6.5 BPEL!

Updating again.. I took a week off last week after going two months straight on the newbie routine. Not necessarily out of choice, but I implement similar random rest weeks when working out.

I noticed during the week off, I was getting insane morning wood so it’s not a bad thing.

Started up today again, really good session. Can say I’m at BPEL of 6 inches now.. So I gained somewhere about 0.5 in length over last two months.I’ll say a little less to accommodate for some measurement error, but pretty obvious gains in both length and girth.. Girth is somewhere between 5.1 and 5.2 inches.

Overall, really happy, would love to get to 6.5 and maybe a long term goal of 7 BPEL.

For now, still trucking along with the newbie routine.

Thanks guys.I’m not delusional to think that this rate of gains will continue but it sure helps with motivation :)

The biggest keys for me have been said over and over here. Listen to your member, rest when necessary and don’t overdo it. EQ has been my biggest guide.

Excellent progress. Stay in they sweet spot and resist the urge to do more for right now.

Hey Willy, I have a Q. When you say listen to your member and rest, how do you know when you’re overdoing it? Sore? Pain?

I’ve never really felt sore to be perfectly honest. After two days in a row, it’ll occasionally feel “tired”, I don’t know how to explain it. Almost like right after a workout, your muscles are tired before they ultimately get some soreness if that makes sense?

But biggest sign I’ve followed personally is EQ, if it drops I might take an extra rest day and it comes back with a vengeance. I’ll tell you this, I’d skip a workout day, way before skipping a rest day.

Hey all, haven’t provided an update in a while mainly because no news is good news :)

I’ve just been plugging away at the routine, still averaging between 3-4 sessions per week. I’ve been consistent and took a measurement today, and I’ve eclipsed the 6” BPEL mark, last time I posted I was right at it.. Now maybe 6.2. I’m really encouraged by this even though gains have slowed. I’ve upped my jelq time to 10 minutes.

I should say, apart from gains, I really love PE in terms of how healthy it makes my unit feel and thank you to everyone on here again.

Just to recap, I’ve been at it for almost 4 months and here are the results.

BPEL: 5.5 to 6.1
Mseg: 5.0 to 5.2
