My new routine

Hi all,

Greetings from sunny south Florida, I am sharing my new routine that has worked very well for me here lately. I am a 44 yr old Caucasian, 6’3 @ 230lbs, pretty good shape from years of weight lifting. I live with my Girlfriend *(known hereafter as “la cubanita”) who is 22 and a very lovely caring bright spot in my life.

I have always had a great sex life as i am not hard to look at and fluent in Spanish and English goes a long way down south here. lol.

But i always felt my buddy was a tad small for the rest of me. *(49” chest 36” waist 17.5” arms and then a 5.5”~ 5.75”long unit) i never had a complaint because what i lacked in size i compensated for with attention to detail.

But a few months back i decided i wanted more and that my girlfriend deserved a bit more.

So

I started by Jelqing a bit in the shower which is a exercise i really don’t care for *(but i will still perform mainly as a “horse440” kind of thing). But seeing as i didn’t care for jelqs i purchased a pump and started using it. The pumping kinda killed my EQ for a bit because of newbie over exuberance and can remember the first couple times using it the tip reaching between 5.5~5.75” with moderate pressure.

So

I then began manual stretches using mainly SO/SD/Left/Right and i performed them constantly during the day/night at home or work *(in restroom at work) and backed off the pumping *(occasionally as in once a week or so)

after ~1month i noticed gains out to about 6” under moderate pressure in the tube.

This made me happy.

So i made a hanger, first a modified BIB then a vacuum type and started hanging at home on afternoons and off days beginning with ~3lbs and quickly increasing to ~6lbs *(as i couldn’t feel the 3lb at all). I couldn’t get the wrapping right and the PVC i used for the BIB just wasn’t comfy so i made the vacuum type and went whole heartedly forward. Quickly gaining to ~6.25” under moderate/light vacuum and after the second month i found myself at 6.5”ish under light/med pressure.

All this time i continued the once a week pumping and daily stretching.

THEN i hit what i think is MY magic breakthrough. I read someone here *(sorry don’t remember who) who wrote a thread about short extremely high intensity pumping *(i.e. pumping to a very very high pressure and let it set for ~10secs then bleed the pressure off slowly to a comfortable level and then after a minute or so repump to the high pressure for a short time. I did this till i got bored **(about 20-40 mins)) Then i wrap with ace bandage to keep the donut/swelling down and while wrapped i went ahead and hung with ~6_8lbs for a couple of 15min sets. I do all of this under an infrared heat lamp

THIS was magic and within a couple weeks i was at 6 5/8ths~ 6 3/4” under lt/med pressure. Then i read about DMSO and went to a local veterinary supply house and bought a bottle of 99%. I massage a moderate amount into “pepito” *(as my GF calls him) and then apply vitamin E oil, Then straight into the tube for a session of the high intensity pumping for 20-30mins or until bored, Then i wrap and hang for 3-4 15-20min sets with 6/8/14lbs followed by “palm rubs” *(rolling pepito between my palms like i am warming my palms together. This keeps the fluid retention down and removes discoloration) Then i do manual stretching with med-high tension and “mandingo stretches”.

THIS has been magic.

I do not know if it is the DMSO or the vitamin E oil or the heat lamp or a combo of the 3 BUT, the skin on pepito is much softer and pliant. my flacid hang is impressive at approx 5.5” and he feels “heavy as fuck” as la cubanita likes to say. I NOW measure 7.25 in the tube under med pressure. I measure 6.8-7” BPEL OUT OF THE TUBE with a girth of ~6” mid shaft and a base of 6.5-6.7” *(depending on EQ of course)

This has made la cubanita very very happy.

i have added ~1.5” BPEL since march of 2013.

Last night during “happy time” with her i “hurt” her 3 times by going in too far and we had to stop and regroup.

At the grocery store the other day we were buying produce and she picked up a cucumber and wrapped her hand around it and looked at me and said *(in spanish) “this one feels like pepito”. It was a sizable cucumber and there was a lady *(attractive) nearby who overheard her and looked at the cuke and then at me and SMILED. This cause a moment of jealousy from la cubanita “you want her phone number??!!”.

I have reached my initial goal of 7x6 in ~4months.

My NEW goal is the magic 8x6 and once there i will reevaluate things.

I’ve been doing the newbie routine for 5 months. You know 2 days on, 1 day off, any way I haven’t really seen any gains I’m still at 6.3 inch BPEL(I just need an inch). I’m starting to loose hope, but your story is amazing.

I guess I don’t really have the nerve to order a pump or have the nerve to start hanging but your routine sounds tempting. In Two months I’m gonna incorporate V stretches (I need length) if I ever gain an inch I will work on girth using horse440.

Can you literally see what parts of your penis grew? Mid shaft, circumcised scar?( your penis must look crazy with all that length in such a short time)

And your 6’3” 230lb you should loose that thirty lbs and get less fat pad, thirty pounds is nothing especially since you have so much will power.

Have never considered buying a pump but your story makes me want to. What sort of pump should i buy? Will the cheapest one work ok or should i spend some more money for a nicer one? Is it important to have a pressure gauge or is one with a hand pump ok

2.I’m going solely for girth so have you gained girth with this method?

the 30lbs is chest shoulders and arms . My fat pad is ~3/4”.

When i first started hanging i experienced 4~5 “lig pops” *(ligs popping at the base) in short order and each was accompanied by length increases. *(i had a surgery when i was in my early 20’s for torsion and i think in the healing process *(literally not able to touch it for almost a month other than pee’ing) the ligs grew attachments to the pelvic bone.)

Also my glans seems longer than it used to be.

I bought one at a XXX shop. It was ~50$ and does not have a gauge. What i do is start slow then pump to as high as i can stand it and let sit for ~10-15secs then slightly bleed the pressure off till it is comfortable. Then after a min or so i pump back up and bleed off again. I will do this for approx 30mins or till i get bored and start hanging.

I put vit E oil and DMSO on before i start and the skin is very soft and pliant.

I don’t have a gauge on it but read above post.

I have had a bit of girth gain but i was blessed with girth so its not an issue. *(natural ~6.5 base and 5.8-6 MSEG). La cubanita said girth was fine and not to go crazy.

One other thing I don’t use a silicone base anymore because of my girth i split the one that came with it and found i really didn’t need it once erect in the tube..
