My Journey

Hi all,

I am a 23 years old newbie, aiming to improve my confidence in what G-d has given me. I have read a little about manual exercises and I would love to dedicate some time on stretching my penis at home for the aforementioned reason, but I would also like to make some gains in the length in the range of 0.50 - 1.00 cm.

My current stats are as follows: (will update later today)

- Erect -

My strategy is to utilise the resources of this forum and maybe follow two or three successful newbies, so that I can see what worked well and implement it in my routines. I will monitor the following threads: (will update late today)

My plan is to follow a newbie programme, where I will be working out two days and resting off 1 day. The routine will consist of:
1. Warm up for 5 minutes with a hot towel. My aim will be to warm up my penis for the exercises to follow

2. Stretching the penis:
- Up for 10
- Left for 10
- Right for 10
- Down for 10
- Counter-clockwise rotations for 10
Rest for 30 seconds and repeat 1 more time

3. Put on a hot towel for 1 minute

4. Wet jelqing the penis:
- 5x1 minute of jelqing with 30 second rests in between them

I will report my progress here and measure my penis every month. Any concerns will be raised in the form and in my journal. As soon as I notice that the plan above can be intensified, then I will do so. My aim is to become comfortable with the techniques in the first 4 weeks and then look at increasing the duration of all techniques. The plan is to increase the stretch technique to 30 seconds per stretch and up to 5 minutes of stretching per day. I would like to increase the jelqing technique to 10 minutes per day. If all goes well, then I will still be on the newbie’s plan for at least 4 months. After that, I will look at other exercises.

In the meantime, I will start hitting the gym and more importantly, I will try to get in a position of my life, where I feel happy and I feel that I am on the right track of pursuing my purpose!

Don’t rest while you’re jelqing.

Day 1:
- 5 minutes warm up with a hot towel on it
- 2xUp, Left, Right and Down stretches for 10 seconds each / 30 seconds rest in between the sets
- 3-5 minutes of keeping warm with the shower head
- 1x5 dry jelq (need to buy gel, lubricant)
- 3 minutes of keeping warm

I haven’t seen my head going that red since I was in High School and lifting heavy weights in the gym. Need to start going to the gym again, there should be a positive connection between lifting weights and blood circulation, henceforth improving the blood flow to the penis? (opinions sought)

Other than that, a very busy day and I am trying to get my thoughts off my ex-girlfriend and the possibilities of her sleeping with other people. Short story - I dumped her for she wasn’t ready to be in a relationship. We then had fun for a month, but I got tired of her unrealistic demands - warned her politely that our relationship was completely different from the beginning. She hasn’t called since then and even said she hates me! Does it matter? FUCK NO! I am going to become happier, dedicated, focused on my goal and purpose and move on. There are so many students out there, I want to meet some of them (THIRSTY).

Being able to walk away is the strongest negotiation position!

I had a day off yesterday. I will have to have a day off today as well. Back to the exercises tomorrow morning, when I have a day off and will have to sort out a few things. Just life has thrown a lot of shit at me recently and beta people try to run me over.

I will probably follow your journey, as I have noticed that you are doing almost the same thing I do. I am looking for natural growths, no machines, no devices, no pills, nothing extraordinary - just normal exercises, rest and healthy lifestyle.

- Bicep curls 2x10 (15kg?)
- Leg press 2x10 (40kg)
- Leg rises 2x10
- Double-leg calf raise 2x10 (30-35kg)

Need to improve the jelq technique! I haven’t been doing it by gripping the base. Just tried gripping the base and moving forward - much better. Anyway, I have noticed more veins have started to pop up..

I really hate my job. I’m in the process of understanding how to love myself, a big step in the right direction. In the process of becoming a better version of who I am, will try to negotiate a reduction of my employment hours - down to 20 hours max.

I need to get my shit together - giving my resignation by the end of the week. Any new beginning, however risky it is, is a chance to change the shitty end into a marvellous journey.
