I am a 23 years old newbie, aiming to improve my confidence in what G-d has given me. I have read a little about manual exercises and I would love to dedicate some time on stretching my penis at home for the aforementioned reason, but I would also like to make some gains in the length in the range of 0.50 - 1.00 cm.

My strategy is to utilise the resources of this forum and maybe follow two or three successful newbies, so that I can see what worked well and implement it in my routines. I will monitor the following threads: (will update late today)
My plan is to follow a newbie programme, where I will be working out two days and resting off 1 day. The routine will consist of:
1. Warm up for 5 minutes with a hot towel. My aim will be to warm up my penis for the exercises to follow
2. Stretching the penis:
- Up for 10
- Left for 10
- Right for 10
- Down for 10
- Counter-clockwise rotations for 10
Rest for 30 seconds and repeat 1 more time
3. Put on a hot towel for 1 minute
4. Wet jelqing the penis:
- 5x1 minute of jelqing with 30 second rests in between them
I will report my progress here and measure my penis every month. Any concerns will be raised in the form and in my journal. As soon as I notice that the plan above can be intensified, then I will do so. My aim is to become comfortable with the techniques in the first 4 weeks and then look at increasing the duration of all techniques. The plan is to increase the stretch technique to 30 seconds per stretch and up to 5 minutes of stretching per day. I would like to increase the jelqing technique to 10 minutes per day. If all goes well, then I will still be on the newbie’s plan for at least 4 months. After that, I will look at other exercises.
In the meantime, I will start hitting the gym and more importantly, I will try to get in a position of my life, where I feel happy and I feel that I am on the right track of pursuing my purpose!
