Keep the good work,I’m actually doing some light PE as well 3 times a week and yes the first time you start PE you will notice volume growth even without measuring. You feel it meatier, heavier not necessary longer. You feel like you pulled it out of your body a little, and it’s now showing more instead of hiding there.

No gains after 3 months, does not mean that they wont come ( apparently, as I am following experianced members advice, and I have hit the 4 month mark )

Very important to measure the exact same way at the begining and at the end, and same rection level, also difficult to measure that….

Some days I think I have gained a few mm…others I think its the same as the beginning. No girth gains either. I have been advised to take a 2 week break…which I did…and that rest time can be gain time…As I am carefull not to make wishfull measurements, I do not pretend to myself that I have gained. I say to myself tat I may have. Probably.

Hoping that the next few weeks or months will prove me right, if I make gains that completley outrule the possibility of wishfull measurements…

If you are doing too much PE try to do less each die,and have more rest days.I barely do anything and I gain slowly but surely

No not really too much, I only jelq, around 190 strokes max 2days on 1 day rest. Its been gradual, I started day 1 at 10 strokes, and added 10 every session.
How much have you gained and in how long? with what excersises?

Started at 16.5 cm December last year and I’m 18.3 cm on a good erection.These are bone pressed both.

I do the beginners routine,even less than that.I do max 100 jelqs 3 second strokes.I’m not consistent I do like 3-4 sessions per week and each session is no more than 20 min including warm up.

I also took a month off out of laziness,and even now I took a week off because of poor erections.Now I’m back.Erections are strong like before.I started again yesterday at 50 jelqs.I also masturbate a lot.

It seems like you are a good gainer compared to me…not over 100 jelqs? Well done, I was under the impression that I was not doing much, compared to some peole who do like 300 per day, plus other PE excersizes…Maybe I have hit the spot where I should stop the amount, as 190 strokes seems to be a bit hard on my penis, affecting EQ and getting red dots.

Were the gains gradual? Or did you get them at a certain point ?
