My first legitimate routine to make a run at a larger wang
Suggestions and criticisms please.
I did the JP routine for about two months a while back and saw improvements in EQ, improvements of about 1/4 of an inch. Now I am on my second day of my current routine which is 5 days on 2 days off (monday-friday) my routine consists of warming up with a hot towel, and following JPs stretching instructions but tweaking them simply to require more stretching. Once I’m done stretching I do 400 wet jelqs typically at a low erection level, most likely between 10% and 30% at a normal rate so I am assuming 2 or 3 seconds per jelq. Every 100 jelqs I take a few moments break then complete my rep of 4. I do 400 a day 5 days a week for a total of 2000 jelqs a week and 8000 monthly total. My goal is 7x5.5 or 7x6 if that ever becomes plausible and my current stats are 6 1/4 BP x 5 1/4. How realistic are my expectations and taking into account this current routine what do you vets think? Thank you!
