My 2000 Hour Journey with Phallosan And Bathmate

Hello. I am beginning a 2000 Hour Experiment with both Phallosan Forte and Bathmate Extreme X30. My plan is below. I will update weekly to show reflect that week’s numbers. If anybody has any questions along the way, do not hesitate to ask. I am both determined and excited to achieve some gains!

I’m quite interested in this. I’ve been doing PE for years without a single gain. I tried everything but only when combining stretching before extending and jelqing before the bathmate did I see gains. Are you stretching and jelqing as well or just extending and pumping?

I have made a slight modification to my plan. Instead of measuring monthly I am going to measure quarterly. I am finding that I am too focused on the measuring aspect. I am an experienced bodybuilder, so I know the importance of falling in love with the process more than the in result. You will see this updated in the plan.

NOTES: I have noticed by unit seems much stronger. My EQ has sharply improved and orgasm strength has also improved.

This is a reply to both jd10021 and shoulders. First, I am not too concerned with my credibility as a poster. I do not care if someone does not take the info I am providing as factual if I do not included pictures of my penis. I do not want pictures on my penis on the internet. I have received a lot of info from this site that has guided me to create the system I have put into place. I took the info of others at face value and am looking to build upon that knowledge as a way to give back to this forum. I will provide accurate information to those who choose to read my thread and I hope I can be as valuable to you guys, as you have been to me!

As for the manual work, I am not doing any. My schedule permits what I am doing. I understand that a a lot of you guys are strong proponents of manual work, which I appreciate. However, given the constraints of my schedule, this is what I felt I could move forward with. This regimen gives me the ability, given my constraints, to have the consistency needed to get the results I want to achieve.

First Month Measure

I am so happy I have made gains in my first month! I have noticed that my EQ has gotten significantly better, but I have also noticed visually things look bigger.

New Stats

BPEL: 6.75.+.5
EG: 5.875.+.125

I am no longer a skeptic. I am hopeful that the results will continue. I have used moderate green tension and will continue with that for the next two months. At that point I intend to raise the tension to yellow for a three month period.

I am very surprised that I got a small bump in EG. At first I though I might have been losing a little when I began using the Phallosan, but the heaviness came back. I am so pumped!

Longer Sessions

Physically I am noticing that the fatigue in my unit is much better after a very long session. Understanding muscle growth through bodybuilding, I make the most progress when I fatigue the muscle and “ride the fatigue”. I have read a lot about guys who are proficient with hanging talk about this concept a lot, as it relates to stretching and hanging. I am going to apply the same logic to my use of the Phallosan device. My assumption is that either I can increase the resistance used or increase the length of sessions. Given, I have learned that time is the most important ingredient in getting gains with an ADS device, I am going to increase the session times. Also, I am going with conventional wisdom here on the forums that delaying the amount of tension for as long as possible is valuable and prevents a ceiling from happening prematurely.

Mentally I am finding what I am doing more exciting as I continue on this path. The idea was kind of a novel one when I first started, but as I am gaining knowledge through experience I am very excited about the prospects. Focusing on the fact that there is no guarantee makes me more motivated, as it taps my competitive fire. Again, I am leaning on the 16 year history I have weight lifting/bodybuilding, as there is no better opponent to compete with than myself. I read a lot about people who are in such a hurry to get results they seem to lose the point of what they are doing. As I reflect on my experience body building, I understand it has taken me a significant amount of time to get where I am physically. It has always been a work in progress, as this will be. Focusing on this from that perspective makes this experience very enjoyable and challenging. Knowledge of self is key and I have learned more about my unit in the last month than all the knowledge I have accumulated in my life prior to beginning PE. Again, thanks for giving me shoulders to stand on guys.. Your knowledge is priceless.

Chemically I wanted to also note that I have begun a cycle of Somatropin (HGH). I am doing this to add some performance to what I am doing bodybuilding. I am simply providing this disclaimer to provide full transparency as to my methods. While more coincidence than anything else, I began the HGH cycle within days of beginning PE. I have no clue if this will have any impact at all on the growth of my unit. I did think it would be worthwhile to note this for the forum in case anybody wants to use my thread as a case study. My understanding is that chemical PE is mostly garbage, but I have read a lot of guys who are adamant that HGH can play a positive role in growing a bigger unit.. I don’t have an opinion on the matter, just wanted to make it clear what I am doing.

We are glad to have you here and we all share your enthusiasm. Once you realize PE is for real and that you are not actually stuck with what your genetics says you’re entitled to, it can be very uplifting indeed.

I just wanted to tell you that I had a good deal of success using an ADS. When I started doing PE again, I decided to use only a homemade ADS (as I had very limited free time) I used it about 10-12 hours per day and 5-6 days a week. At the end of each month I measured and could see progress always around 1/8 of an inch in length increase. This increase continued until the 5th month. I measured almost no gain at all. At that point I changed my routine and now I am gaining again. I only mention this because I think that it is okay to measure once a month to see if you are gaining or not. If you are not gaining at all you probably need to change things up. Once a quarter is a little too long in my opinion to see what is working and what needs adjusting.

PE is indeed a marathon of sorts and not a sprint, but you should treat it just like any other goal and measure your progress in reasonable time and make adjustments as necessary.

Thanks for the reply HardHarry. I agree with your view to measure every month. I actually updated my prior post to show that I am indeed making an an official measurement on the 12th of every month. I appreciate your feedback and sharing your experiences with me. I intend to move forward until I need to make the necessary adjustments. I am trying to just let things happen for a while and hope that I will have the knowledge at this inevitable time to know what changes I will need to make to keep the gains coming. Learning a lot in the process!

Something to be aware of, HGH isnt very effective by itself, it normally needs to be paired with testosterone. You will likely see great results in bodybuilding once you start adding in small dosages of Test.
