MVAgusta's Routine

Initial routine, until I devise something better/more complete!

10 min - hot shower, light stretches
15 min - v stretches, LDPs, DLDs (still getting the technique nailed on the DLDs)
15 min - jelqing at 50-70%

I do kegels during the course of the day, usually about ten minutes at a time whenever I think about it (probably comes to a few hundred per day right now, planning on getting more systematic about it).
