warm up about 5 min.

helicopter shakes 30 sec.

jelq and 80% erect and do both underhand jelqs, jelqing down or straight out, kegel once in a while to pump more blood in

90% erect bends after jelqing about 300

do some contricting 5-10 minutes (With my left hand I squeeze the bottom of my erect dick until it starts to soften and it’s pliable, squeeze again till your 110% erect, my other hand I usually bend it 45 degrees to feel a pull, stretch and expansion, this takes a lot of practice)

do some horse squeezes

towards the end of my work out I edge, very important I have found productive
