Mrconvertable's Routine

One hour session done in bed, either before, during, or after wife falls asleep. I’m uncut.

Half hour manual stretch sessions

- (just switched to JAI stretches) downward, upward, and BTC - with good amount of force.

- Most enjoyable stretch is the vertical (love the sensation of the ligs being stretched & look forward to it every night)

- Also do penis twists, clockwise and counter clockwise.

Half hour dry jelq sessions

- nice and hard

- do occasional horse 440’s

End with clamping session, followed by Homedic Thera P wrist wrap on penis for rest of night
