Got a one size fits all pump with a gauge a while back and have been doing some low pressure pumping based on how I feel that day. Between 10 and and 30 min sessions at ~.13ATM and .18ATM. I warm up with a Medium sized ThermiPAQ for 5 minutes, do 20 second stretches up down left right, then 5 straight out stretches. I have tried jelqing additionally as a warm up, but I get a full erection every 5-10 jelqs some days, and I have read about the dangers of erect jelqing on here so I don’t always jelq to warm up.

My length seems to stay the same post workout, but I measured just over 5” girth post pump. I hang longer and fuller during the day pretty much all day since I have been pumping for about a week now. I did the newbie routine regularly since my first post on this site.

I have ordered the LA Pump deluxe with a 9”x1.75” tube because my scrotum starts trying to suck into the 2.5” tube at any higher pressures. I don’t think ill ever need the 9” tube, but I remembered reading that the tube should be at least 2” longer than your unit, and my goal is to be 7x5 by December.

I’m just a regular dude so feel free to give feedback.

17.5cm in the tube this morning. Up from struggling to hit 17cm. I changed my routine up. I was doing heat, pump, jelq, stretch. Today, heat, stretch, light jelq, pump. Also, wrapping the base of the tube with the heat pad. Will be using this order from now on. Not adding additional sets or time any time soon.

Custom LA Pump 1 3/4 x 9 is great. Seals well, gauge is responsive, much better than one size fits all pump.

Been doing 10 min sessions. Start erect and at 1 inhg. Go up +1inhg every 2 min with constant heat and a good warm up and warm down. Jelqing just isn’t safe for me at the time. Always go full erect after about 10 jelqs. Same problem with stretches.

7x5 post pump. I’ve started measuring just under the base of the glans for a consistent measuring spot. Heat, light stretch, jelq til erect, pump for 15 min 3-5inhg, silicone cock ring til “relaxed”.

Looks like you’ve made it to your short term goal 5 months ahead of schedule, congratulations! (it was a close goal regardless right ;) )

You’ve tried two pumps, correct? Do you think the one with the better fit helped your gains or is it just more comfortable?

I like to pick goals that are withing reach enough to keep focused on. I want to reach that size after a 2 days rest. My guess is ill be 7 1/4+ X 5 1/4 post pump when my none pumped state is 7x5.

The custom pump is better and worse. With the first one size fits all pump, I was limited in the amount of pressure I could reach because my scrotum would start to get pulled around 2.5inhg by my guess. I could got to 10inhg+ with my custom, but I haven’t gone over 6inhg, and that was way too much. Got a few small red spots on the shaft. So, better in comfort and capability, but at the price of the ability to hurt myself if I get greedy.

Took 48hrs of rest.

Today, heat, jelq til erect, 10 min clamp, 15 min 2.5inhg (5inhg caused the little red blood dots), cock ring for an hour.

The battle of consistency. I’m working 80-100 hrs each week. With the low pressure I have to use for the amount of time it takes to get a good workout, pumping is not efficient for me.

I am doing basically the newbie routine with 3 kegel workouts throughout the day. Morning, night time, and regular erections are improved in quality and frequency from kegels. No doubt in my mind.

I am looking at hanging. Based on the personal accounts from this site. I think I could have an 8 to 8.5 inches in a years time, BPEL. My flaccid hang is improved greatly just since I’ve been posting here.

My bib starter is going to take time to learn, and while I’m on project I just don’t have the time. When I get laid off ill have about 6 months til the next job to learn and gain. For now I have doubled the amount of stretches I am doing, and all at lower than SO angles. I am also taking the kegel/reverse kegel concept from the DLD Blaster thread and on the reverse kegel I swear I get an extra .25” in length while pushing. EQ still vastly improved. Flaccid hang getting even longer and fuller all day.

PE is good. Even if I don’t make size gains, the EQ and flaccid hang alone would be worth it. But I am gaining.

Routine :warm up - low angle stretches 30 seconds each angle- dry jelq (not really counting) - SO hold 60 seconds - warm down.

Yesterday was some light stretching

Today total rest day. Tomorrow start 2 on 1 off.
