Warming up right now. I normally get an erection when I wrap the heat pad around my member, but something is different right now. My head normally does not come all the way out of the pad but it is right now! Gains!

Turned into 3 on 1 day off, but did manage a day off. I am greedy. I notice increased day to day temporary gains while exercising on my on days, and that usually goes on 6 days, but day 7 EQ suffers and morning wood stops. The point of this for me is first penile health and second gains. So, overdoing it to the point of lost functionality is not acceptable. Morning wood, ease of erection, and flaccid hang size are what I lose.

Also, firegoat rolls between sets have had a big impact on my flaccid hang I have decided. My penis is so relaxed after 30 seconds. Firegoat must be a PE saint.

Wow, I have been “short” changing myself on my newbie routine. I have been doing half as many jelqs as I thought it said for some reason.

I will decrease the stretching im doing and add more jelqs.

Two important things.

I did 200 jelqs this morning and the expansion of my glans and girth around the top 1/3 of my shaft was increased decently from doing more jelqs.

I felt the base of my shaft, close to the fat pad and beneath the fat pad, feels thicker in a cone shape. Like….much thicker than it used to feel. I would say it went from a straight cylinder coming out to a cone shape coming out. I am certain my dick is growing. I always lose my erection when i start measuring so I set a goal for myself to only measure rarely. I might measure again on Jan 1 2017. No doubt i am growing though.
