Hello all and welcome to my Progress Report! First of all, I’d like to note that I’m in this for the long haul. Just like anything else great results take time, dedication, and clear expectations; we all know Rome wasn’t built in a day. To bring you up to speed lets start with a quick bio, my PE experience (or lack there of), measurements, and goals.


I’m 27 and I’ve had this mental fixation that I have a small penis since, well, forever and it’s totally messed with my confidence. Then I discovered this amazing site (thank you Thunder) and my perception changed to a degree. I now realize that what bothers me is my flaccid length, so hopefully we can get some decent gains over time. Since I’m just starting out I’ll be taking things nice and easy. For now warms ups, various stretches, and wet jelqing will serve as the foundation of my journey. Once I’ve conditioned myself a bit and do more research I’ll consider throwing some more methods into the mix, but that’s not for a few months.



I think it’s important to know that I am brand spanking new to PE and have absolutely ZERO experience; today will be Day 1. I like this because I’m starting this log at ground zero so we’ll be able to gauge gains from a true beginner.



Alright, I’ve seen so many different acronyms for length and girth measurements that my head started spinning at first. I’ve listed as much info as possible, but if you feel I missed something please let me know sooner than later so I can add the measurement.

FL: 3.0”
FG: 4.0”
BPEL: 6.25”
NBPEL: 5.875”
EG: 5.375” (head)
EG: 5.625” (mid shaft)
EG: 5.5” (base)



It’s hard to gauge how long progress will take so I’m not tacking a time frame to the goals. These are firm starting goals and once they’re met I will reevaluate. Maybe I’ll be happy at that point, maybe not, who knows.

FL: 5.0”
FG: 4.5”
BPEL: 7.0”
NBPEL: 6.75”
EG: 6.25”

You already have a good.starting size and your goals seem reasonable. I’m sure you’ll hit them. Good luck.

Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Thanks man, I tried setting the goals to be as realistic as possible. To be honest, I think the FL goal will be the one which will be hardest to achieve. Hopefully I’m wrong!

Since I started a few days back I’ve been keeping things simple since this is all very new to me. So far aside from the standard warm up/down I’ve just been doing stretching. You know, the whole up, down, left, right routine.. Basic stuff

I dabbled with fowfers and bed fowfers. To be honest the fowfer is what really made me feel the stretch nicely. The first day I did them I think I pulled too hard since the next day was accompanied by what looked like a stretch mark at the base of my shaft and some initial soreness, nothing I’d consider painful, just mildly sore. Performing them is very convenient and they’ll be a staple to my routine to work towards one of my goals; to increase flaccid length and girth.

I stumbled across a pretty cool site. It lets you enter the measurements of your dick, choose whether you’re circumcised or not, change skin color, and a bunch of other fun features. Then it simulates your penis (both flaccid and erect) and shows you a side-by-side comparison of “the average.” After seeing mine next to the average I feel pretty good. Not much of a length difference but girth is definitely noticeable. For fun I also simulated my goal measurements and compared them to where I am currently. Served as great motivation, can’t want to get there one day.
