I will be starting a progress thread here, ultimately this is less so for you guys and more so for me (not that yall cant ask questions or pitch in discussion points) to have a place to track my progress, routine changes and accountability. Much like with my lifting that i have journals dedicated to. Rather than buying a new journal just for PE i figured i would take advantage of thundersplace to log.

Routine: Melms (modified)

AM: Manual Stretching All Directions(3sets each direction)
Assisted Inverted V Stretch(3sets)
Sets: 1st = 30sec; 2nd = 60sec(kegal on 10’s); 3rd = 30sec (tug/release)

PM: Wet Jelquing
Horse 440’s
Saddiks
Sets: Timed for 20-30 minutes, no rep. count. Focus on form. Using a cock ring at base to help reverse turkey necking and force blood flow further down the base of the shaft to really get deep. Workout typically looks like; starting with jelquing as blood flow nears 85%-90% do the horse 440s until blood flow subsides back to around 70%. Rinse and Repeat. Once near the end or can feel fatigue setting in will jelq back to 85%-90% blood flow and alternate horse 440’s and saddiks until blood flow subsides again. End routine by massaging area all over for some time.



Routine Notes

- AM routine is done in hot shower under the running water. Allows for consistent heat throughout the stretch.
- PM routine has 5min warm wrap, and use warm olive oil during for wet jelqs. End massage continues into hot shower (warm wrap sub). Occasionally use ice pack in shower, alternating warm water and ice pack on area to shock the tissue during the cool down.
- Optional 3rd exercise, occasional late night session focus on stretching the fulcrum and skin of the shaft. Hurts like a bitch(only during) but not stretching any ligs, or tissue other than the external skin.
- 5 day on 2 day off regimen

Day 3:

Started out feeling very worn out this morning; was worried the first week would need to be cut short with an early off period. By this evenings workout however once the warm up was done by far the best workout of the 3days so far. I have veins on the right side at the base of my shaft that started to develop during my previous PE stint, that unfortunately never solidified and never really saw them during a normal erection. Today was the first day i saw the vein come back and it was absolutely massive. Post workout hang is intense and as of now the vein is still there at the shaft so much so my flaccid hang is pulled to the left which is something that has never happened before, hoping to cement this vein as its easily 2cm past my NBPE mesurment and visually makes the base look much thicker. On another note during jelqs going straight up the tip reached about 1cm above my belly-button, a normal erection usually reaches just bellow my belly-button which is another hopeful sign of growth. And last good sign im getting the tingly heart-beat like sensation on the left side at the base of my dick throughout all day today and a whole lot more after my workout (literally as i sit here typing i can feel the twang), the same heart-beat like feeling i got during my last PE stint on the right side which ended up being the development of the massive vein i was talking about above. All in all best post-decon workout thus far, hopefull that this means i can take advantage of some easy post-decon gains, so long as i can cement these early development signs im seeing today.

Day 5:

Holy Shit. Made it to the end of the first week. No injuries or anything, but definitely fatigued as all get out, really looking forward to some time off, and thankfully i planned it out to give myself a nice 3day long break for this first week which is most definitely needed. By today however, the flaccid hang is absolutely insane, and EQ is also through the roof. Not only can i see the vein i mentioned in day 3 notes in regular erections, but during my workout i noticed a whole other bundle of veins on the left side at the base as well. Obviously quite underdeveloped compared to the right side but amazing considering i have literally never seen them before now which is huge for me. The base during my workout looks a good 1-2cm thicker than the mid shaft which to my current measurements would put it at about 16-17cm. Last note for the week im also seeing the early development of stretch marks on the base of my shaft, which i know most people probably wouldn’t like however Ive noticed that my current state of “turkey necking” is naturally sitting further back than before which is something i am desperately trying to reverse so im hopeful for that. The growing twangs have been nonstop this week and even considering it was such a vigorous week for PE i woke myself up in the middle of the night due to a painful erection (painful as in it was a 10/10 EQ). I have a feeling these 3days of are going to be amazing, looking forward to see where things stand in 3 days, ill be sure to note anything that happened over the break then.

Day 8:

Evening of the final rest day of three. I know many members measure once a week or so however im going to refrain. In all honesty things are good right now, EQ is through the roof, but it doesnt look much different than it did a week ago other than the flacid hang which seems to never turtle even when im fridgid cold so thats cool. Outcome is expected to say the least, honestly im going to take it as a positive sign, this first week of routine was brutal so knowing that my EQ is still great and i have no injuries or pain then then i cant complain. Hopefully i can maintain the workouts through this next week considering how good it went last week, but about to go through a major schedule change so hopefully it doesnt fuck with anything to bad.
