I am starting week 6 now, I am at 40 jelqs. I just had a 3 day break because I simply couldn’t do PE for pratcical reasons…Shame, since its the last week before my break, and I was feeling good every time…so today I did 30 instead ( I have a date this evening, don’t want to overdo anything ), will continue up to 40 again, maybe add another week.

I think I have found the reason for my red dots…I had never really went into sessions gradually…now I Start the first few light pressure, and gradually get up to full pressure after 10 or015 strokes. Havent had dots since I am carefull with that.

Hi,

I’m just starting to read about PE and learning everything I can. When you say you are doing 10 jelqs in one day, does it mean 10 in each direction (up, down, right left)? Don’t you perform kegels?

I came to thunders place because I’m worried if I have or not ED, due to that, I’m trying to improve my EQ. I tried 3 sets of 10 during 3 seconds of kegels on my first day. My BC felt some discomfort, so I’m not sure I should continue doing that or for how long should I stop.

10 jelqs straight out direction. Thats it. I kegel every 3 strokes or so just before gripping at the base…But that is not to recommended for people starting out…Have at least 2 months experience with jelqing if you kegel between strokes is the usual sort of advice around here. Kegeling as a completely different excersize, some other time of the day, is OK. But to much is too much. Go steady, it is a muscle you are working with when you kegel. Gradually is good.

But what do you mean by 3 sets of 10 “during” 3 seconds of kegels?

I mean I kegel (contract the muscle) during 3 seconds, stop during 3 seconds, and then kegel again. I do this 10 times and this completes 1 set. So I do that 3 times during my day to achieve 3 sets. I’m thinking about increasing the time in each kegel to see if I get any improvements on my EQ.
