Start with 6 and work your way up each session to what you’re comfortable with. Then at different milestones stop and use that for a while.
Like get to 10, use it till you’re ready for 15, 20, 30, 35, so on. Don’t rush. Stay with a number till you are ready to progress forward.
If I go too gradually, I will just be conditionning my penis without actually pushing further to make gains….Am I right? Its hard to know when you are going too gradually when nothings changing, whereas if you go too fast or hardyour penis will tell you by injury ( red dots, EQ drop… ) Do I make sense?
